Apartment is okay. Theree are a lot of things that should’ve been checked before having someone move in. First my AC wasn’t working, theres a cockroach infestation and when i tried to use the oven it doesn’t even work. There were tickets to get that fixed but i believe those are things that should be checked on before renting the units to someone new.

Well our first night here not so good. Hot water wasn't working so we had to take cold showers. I woke up in the middle of the night and there were roaches in the kitchen. All and all terrible first night hopefully we can get a solution to these situations.

Was a little difficult to get approved and moved in, but after all the hassle the space was worth the wait. The office could definitely use more staff to answer phones and respond to emails.

Extremely loud neighbors, always blasting music at all hours of the day/night. Someone is always honking their horn. Front office never answers the phone. If you’re not home by 5:30 every day, good luck finding a parking spot. People will put things in parking spots in order to “save them” and then watch the spot from their front doors.

Really wish we could have more that 2 dryers working at a time in the laundry facilities especially the one by the leasing office. Now we have one that is missing the lint trap. Also there is mail all over the place and it has been that way for a couple of days now not to mention we haven’t gotten our mail in days .

I have been leaving in this apartment for the past 7 years and I have no regret living here, The maintenance staff are not bad and the neighborhood is quite. One thing I am experiencing recently that is annoying is that there are not enough packing. Recently, you will hardly get a parking spot anytime from 6pm and this is very annoying. The management should work more on this.

Old apartment they have roaches and black mold, plus no lights in the rooms,not recommended you can find better For that price I had a really bad experience so far not recommended

So I had to fight a mouse problem from day one moving in. Took two months of complaining and bringing the dead mice to the front office to get the problem resolved. Parking is the worst. People have parties outside their apartments as if they have a house with a big yard on the weekends. Took a month to get a leak in my ceiling fixed. Every few days I come home from work and my apartment had weed smell coming through the vents. Also be careful of the random charges you get. I have been at other ReNew properties and they are clean and nice. This one is just horrible.

Living here has been a horrid nightmare. Drug deals in the parking lot, loud music, fights, rude, ignorant management staff, trashy, run down grounds, maintenance staff a joke. They’ve violated the lease, but threaten to sue tenants if rent is paid late, and they say you haven’t paid when you have-different story every time I talk to them. Swimming pool water murky and filthy; I wouldn’t let a dog swim in it.

El condominio es bastante tranquilo , los parqueos si llegas muy tarde no encuentras y el equipo de la oficina ha mejorado bastante a cómo eran antes .

Would give it 0 if possible. Parking sucks, other tenants are rude and have 0 respect for the people living around them. I’ve had to call the cops out here two times within the first month of me living here. Someone broke into my car and stole my wallet. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Le doy 4 porque le hace falta cada x tiempo renovación de alfombras pues se ponen muy feas y el mantenimiento de los aires y fogones todo lo demás esta bien es bien tranquilo todo es confortable
