I really loved the welcome package that included toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent. The landscaping is very nice. There are a few issues in our unit but hopefully they will be addressed by the end of the week!

Need more up to date appliances. The ones we have are extremely old and hardly works from time to time. Instead of trying to repair them it would be best to have new ones. The refrigerator is beyond repair and at least 30 years old. The drawers and handles are constantly falling apart but never fixed or replaced. The stove burners are lopsided and three of the hardly works from time to time. We have never been late and been here since 2019. The bathroom needs to be updated as well. The carpets need to be removed all together and provided with actual wood panels. The fake wood stuff constantly ripping. Lastly, I was never reimbursed for the damage that maintenance caused to my dryer, curtain and the blinds they broke when fixing the dryer vent issue. The even messed up the carpet which left stains and mess.

Staff response has been greatly improved. Apartments are outdated but kept maintained. Neighbors are quiet and neighborhood feels safe. Have recommended.

Even though I am in an renovated apartment I love it. I have been here since 2017. I would love to have the original carpets cleaned but the place is fairly spacious, comfortable, and great water pressure! The place is quiet and safe and in spite of being surrounded by heavy Chesapeake traffic, the complex is quiet and the traffic unobtrusive. Even with the occasional ambulance at Chesapeake General there is not a lot of noise or sirens. The well planned layout and the amount of green space really help with that. I think the place is one of the nicest around - adequate lighting, good clean up around the apartments, and not overwhelming huge or jammed up parking lots. Assigned spaces with guest spaces as well make a huge difference. Final thing, the Chesapeake school district has bus service go into in the complex. Much safer than kids crossing in front of opposing traffic. Worth taking a look if you are looking for a nice place to live.

Feral cats roam freely. Trash is abundant and attracts racoons. Very small units with awkward floor plans. Heat and air conditioning are old and constantly breaking. Plumbing is horrid and constant issues cause leaks.

older apartments built in late 1980s. Remodels were done but very poorly with just the basics. Nothing outstanding-new appliances in kitchen but still a very old apartment. Very small dog yard. Decent fitness room. Expense utilities. Would not move here

Friendly neighbours , the new company has made upgrades that have improved quality of life I especially like the pool renovation and has been opened for the first time since I’ve been here

No AC for over 2 months in the dead of summer, no hot water for 2 weeks, no sympathy or urgency from anyone in the front office when there was an attempted break in that broke my deadbolt. However maintenance staff is amazing for the most part. They checked in after the AC was fixed the first time by contractors unfortunately it was broken just a couple weeks later. No compensation given.

New 2023 Renovations are sloppy and disappointing. Many work tickets were needed to fix sinks. Fans. Fridge. Units were not turnkey. Management is responsive and on-site maintenance is hard working. Kitchens are refaced not new. Appliances are new. Bathroom is updated slightly but not new. Counter tops are coated but not replaced.

It's a nice environment Neighbors are nice. They keep up on lawn care love looking at the lake Maintenance was slow but they have improved. They have hired more people.

The changes and upgrades have been amazing - fresh paint, adding gutters and landscaping to above water overflow, and upkeep of the parking lots. The improvements are obvious and the property improvements reflect the desire to offer great apartment living.

Quiet area, very clean apartments. Nice pool area. Kid and pet friendly. My only complaint is the parking. Everyone gets an assigned spot, which is great, but other residents and their guests are constantly parking in my spot and there's no recourse for residents. After working a 10 hr day, this isn't what you want to come home to.

The area is really nice. Good neighbors and peaceful at night. There is a designated parking spot for every apt and visitor spots available.
