Located in southern central Mississippi, the city of Brandon takes up about 21 square miles and has a population of nearly 16,500 people. The city itself is known for its rich history; even before the official settlement of the area, this was a very popular site for Native American activity. As such, there are actually a number of sites in the city that are on the list of the National Register of Historic Places. Furthermore, the city is widely-known for its theater productions, making it a popular destination for those who want to catch a live show or play.

Nice neighborhood. Quiet for the most part. Kid friendly. A little of the higher price side but not too bad. Maintenance is fairly quick with requests. They just little things in the main office, providing refreshments, and etc. especially on holidays.

Current tenant! Please be aware of the Unprofessionalism that you will receive once you SIGN the lease. The ONLY PERSON who has attempted to help me was Krystal. Questions go unanswered. Work orders go unfinished. (EMAILS) Two of the rooms are on a unfinished construction site! When it rains it rains in two of the rooms which ends in MOLD Allow this to be your last search. Parking is OUT OF CONTROL. Why am I here? • Because most complexes require 3 times the rent.. •Rent goes up every year. I pay my rent on time! No government assistance, my children & I should be comfortable. I'm sure it's many like me that have been patient enough, & its only so much the property manager can do, appears as if she cleaning up every other manager we have had in the past mess! No need to respond saying emailing my concerns to your email. I SAID I NEVER GET A REPLY.

The main issue I have living in ReNew Brandon apartment is every year my rent is increasing without reason. I am having trouble paying my rent. Also, I feel that the tenants should not have to pay water, sewage and trash because rent is already high. Outside of these issues it's a quite place to live.

I moved from a house to an apartment I never lived in apartments. This unit I'm in air is out they gave me a windows unit. Back room got water damage from the apt. Upstairs no one told us nothing . We come to find out that our clothes were damaged and they say they can't do anything. No one has return to fix on the back room or communicate with me bout the air... I'm having a bad experiment in this apartment!!! Very unhappy

It’s peaceful! I can come sit on my porch and enjoy the beautiful day if its not raining. The only thing is the walls are thin and if you staying on top you can hear the person under you leave and come back with the door slamming. But overall its peaceful.

Great moving experience and communication was excellent! Had a few issues with some appliances in the apartment ,but they were immediately fixed the next morning!

Living in an apartment complex the most important thing is.. feeling safe while living so close to people you don’t know. However my experience here has been rewarding, the neighbors are friendly and I feel safe, the landscaping of property is beautiful and clean, I’m impressed that the grass is cut at least twice a week. There’s no loud music, it’s a great facility for any family to settle in.

Overall this is a great place to live. It’s not perfect but it seems as if it is improving. A lot of renovations have taken place, so many upgrades to the flooring, light fixtures and bathrooms. The addition of washing machines and dryers is a plus. The downside though is the increase in rental rates.

Since ReNew Brandon taken over our complex I have a nice experience. Maintenance crew gets requests taken care of in a timely fashion. Our management team is amazing as well.

From the first day I loved it. No noise even though it’s an apartment. It’s very much respectful. As for there is not a lot of commotion going on it’s just right and peaceful.

Just recently moved in and they were renovating the apartments. I know due to material shortages and stuff going on not everything was completed upon move in but they have been extremely timely on fixing everything. Great staff, community, and amenities.
