The main issue I have living in ReNew Brandon apartment is every year my rent is increasing without reason. I am having trouble paying my rent. Also, I feel that the tenants should not have to pay water, sewage and trash because rent is already high. Outside of these issues it's a quite place to live.

I moved from a house to an apartment I never lived in apartments. This unit I'm in air is out they gave me a windows unit. Back room got water damage from the apt. Upstairs no one told us nothing . We come to find out that our clothes were damaged and they say they can't do anything. No one has return to fix on the back room or communicate with me bout the air... I'm having a bad experiment in this apartment!!! Very unhappy

It’s peaceful! I can come sit on my porch and enjoy the beautiful day if its not raining. The only thing is the walls are thin and if you staying on top you can hear the person under you leave and come back with the door slamming. But overall its peaceful.

Great moving experience and communication was excellent! Had a few issues with some appliances in the apartment ,but they were immediately fixed the next morning!

Living in an apartment complex the most important thing is.. feeling safe while living so close to people you don’t know. However my experience here has been rewarding, the neighbors are friendly and I feel safe, the landscaping of property is beautiful and clean, I’m impressed that the grass is cut at least twice a week. There’s no loud music, it’s a great facility for any family to settle in.

Overall this is a great place to live. It’s not perfect but it seems as if it is improving. A lot of renovations have taken place, so many upgrades to the flooring, light fixtures and bathrooms. The addition of washing machines and dryers is a plus. The downside though is the increase in rental rates.

Pros: Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The community grounds are peaceful and clean. Management/Maintenance is always helpful and accomadating. Local schools are very close to this community. Airport, leisure shopping and resturants are alwaus less than 10 minutes away. A community! Cons: Management branding has changed at this location multiple times.This makes contacting/paying management and contacting maintenance sometimes frustating. This is a community with a lot of children, so if children playing and socializing in public community areas is something you wouldn't tolerate, then this is not the community for you. Morning and evening school/work traffic can be frustrating. Aircraft departing/landing at local airport can cause bothersome noise at this location, occasionally. Overall: This really is a great community. This a great family community/property for anyone wanting to live in the greater Jackson area.

I have lived here a year now with my teenager and very much been happy! It's clean, quiet and most importantly SAFE! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Quite, clean place to live. I lived here since 2013 no complaints at all. It’s been aggravating for me not getting my carpet cleaned. But other than that very good. The maintenance always come on time

I love staying here because of the location and my neighbors. Maintenance always show up in a timely manner. However, parking is sometimes bad. There needs to be a sign up for visitor parking. Also it would be nice to have apartments pressured washed every so often.
