The apartments themselves are kind of lack luster, my apartment is literally missing a carbon monoxide detector. And the rent is over priced. And it always stinks outside!

Great place to live! Would like the bushes trimmed more in front of the balcony. But other than that it has been a great experience. The staff is nice and very personable.

This place is run terribly, the company that owns the property is very difficult to communicate with as they have multiple phone numbers listed that all connect to the same directory, they refuse to give out the number to the main office or to the maintenance person on site. Whenever I send out emails, they don’t send replies and claim they didn’t receive the email even though I have a receipt of the email I sent to them. They changed managers and didn’t bother to notify residents of this change and the new manager seems to not even be on site when he’s supposed to be here to pass out parking permits. This place has lackluster amenities for the amount people pay, they just have a pool and a on site laundromat that is dirty. The maintenance person has been constantly changing every few months for the last couple of years and one of the maintenance people they hired was living with drug dealers on the property that literally had the police come to evict them. Do not live here please.

I really like it here. Property manager is so sweet and the community is kept clean. Very comfortable and nice apartment. Everything is new and we have a dishwasher!!!! The bathroom is very pretty as well

We just moved in and it was such a smooth process. Amber was so kind and helpful through the whole transition and showing us step for step how to use the portal, submit work orders, etc. The apartment was very clean upon entry.

Horrible management, cannot keep permanent maintenance on site, constant infestation of insects, only consistent positive is the upkeep of the lawns/grass areas.

Definitely a great community. I can feel comfortable when allowing my kids to be outside while I’m not physically watching them. Having the Mail room locked and secured is a plus because I won’t have to worry about people trying to steal important Mail.

When we moved in, there were a few minor problems with condition however the management team for new Aster has been good about communication as well as taking action. All of our neighbors are really nice. All in all its been a good experience and im happy to live here.

Quiet, gated apartments close to hywy 4. There is a convenient shopping center around the block, and the immediate grocery options are Costco and Winco. I’m generally pretty happy with our space here.

Stayed there for six months in 2021. Dealt with mice and roach issues that were unresolved which lead to me breaking my lease and being charged for early termination. So I was supposed to live with mice and roaches for another six months? Loud people in the parking lot at night. A lot of arguing and at least one large altercation every month. Amenities that you pay for were not adequate. Only two washing machines worked but they were dirty and the laundry room was unsecured. The gym was converted to the current leasing office. And my dishwasher flooded my kitchen causing a bad odor for about 2 weeks until it was dry. It took three work orders to get it fixed.

Great Place to rent.Great Building,Facilities,Management. I would recommend this place to live there . I really enjoy to live here. i loved pool,gym and whole community . Peaceful property Help is always there when you needed .Office staff is so Cooperative and Supportive towards Residents. If you need a place to rent apartment Go to crest view pine you will feel like home.
Apartments are in a nice quite area , but rent is too high ! Your paying 60 dollars for water and garbage on top of rent ! Security gate never works properly, can hear neighbors arguing all night long ! You have to use your debit card to wash ( how dumb is that ) ! People leave their dogs feces , people throw their cigarette butts in front of your door ! Security is no where to be found and if your late on your rent it's a 250 fee which is totally illegal! Roaches and spiders are really bad in some units ( they spray one apartment , they move to another )

Dear Apartment Hunters! Its sad to see such a bad review, but whats even worse is when today that is not matching our housing community. Please let me introduce our Property CRESTVIEW PINES APARTMENTS. Our housing community has gone through some very structured changes with managers and Property Community in general. Our property is well loved by all who are privileged to have a place to call home here within our housing community. We Pride ourselves in maintaining a respectable quiet community that's clean and well maintained. We have high standards and strive to keep our tenants and all who live here happy. Our door is always open for you to enter, and communication is always present. Its true, we do have a $250 late fee, and for all who live doesn't seem to ever be a problem since they all pay on time. Our property does offer a community laundry and our vendor does have it set up to take credit or debt cards for its use. We have strict pet policy enforced and is forbidden that pet owners leave pet potty. This is registered as a no smoking property and we will enforce no smoking on property. We don't have pest issues that haven't been addressed or not completely resolved. We strive and pride ourselves with bringing to you the highest standards of a housing community. We provide a peaceful place you to live you can be proud to come home to and invite all your friends and family to. Please come and see the property and take a tour at your earliest convenience.
