I love that we moved to Renew Alpine it's a major upgrade from our previous apartments well maintained beautiful landscapes too many amenities to list.

Just moving in, but the process has been straightforward and communication from management has been great! The staff have been incredibly welcoming and warm thus far. I lived here at this property some years back and I can definitely see improvements with not just the appearance of the property but in its management as well. I’m looking forward to being here with my family.

I enjoy this residential community. The maintenance team and groundskeepers keep it clean and liveable every day. The management team has great communication and are very efficient. They also plan community events for residents around the holidays, resume writing workshops, and cooking workshops. It's very peaceful here.

Love the community & how welcoming everyone is from staff to neighbors. Upon move in everything was so clean & the move in process was so easy !

Everyone has been great. Staff is helpful and responsive. My immediate neighbors are cool. It would be great if there was more visitor parking but otherwise I have no complaints.

Great management and maintenance. Was attentive to needs and fixed anything needing done. Move in was smooth and easy. The application process went super fast.

It’s a peaceful place . Set back off the main road . Which is nice for the kids and dog . People I’ve met so far seem nice . My family finally feels at home .

Nice. Much quieter than expected. Pleasant but not engaging neighbors. Mostly "hello" folks. I have met 4 in 3 weeks. And just "hello". Maintenance issues addressed within hours not days. Nice

Nice place to live quiet most of the time Only complaint is the clean up around here. And the hot water being turned off in the laundry rooms it’s funny how you head maintenance guy figured it out so quickly that hot water wasn’t going to the machines only saying. But all in all a nice place to live

Easiest move I’ve ever experienced thanks to the awesome office team and the place is very welcoming! Looking forward to settle in as part of this community!

The whole process was good. I enjoy the large grassy areas, picnic areas with BBQ grill, and the laundry room has actual laundry carts. Alyce, in the office, was absolutely amazing. I look forward to our time here.

The complex isn’t bad but the quality of the residents has been declining. It seems like the newer residents seem to not care about the rules and seem to be less considerate about neighbors and get away with more.

Very nice neighborhood! Could be more parking options, but in all it’s a friendly and quiet area with lots of activities for the kids to enjoy while us parents get to relax and unwind. I love how at 3am everything is so peaceful when I leave for work and no one is ever hassling you. Polite neighbors and close to schools for the children. Could clean up the ants and spiders though lol! For the most part it’s a lovely neighborhood!

Great move in process very quick and easy. Love the surrounding area and also very quiet. Friendly staff and very helpful as well. World definitely recommend.

The Backyard is a very nice place to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. The community is very pretty with plenty of areas to explore and has multiple dog parks.

Amazing tours with Alyce Alpine apartments are beautiful, quiet and serene place to live. Alice was a great tour guide! Very informative!

So far, so good. The residence is very peaceful. I love that there is a lot of trees , which means fresh and better oxygen! Neighbors are friendly Management so far seems to be amazing!

Locked Door Quick response, on call maintenance came to double check even though we got the door unlocked with method provided over the phone. Maintenance team is friendly and attentive.

Amazig staff that aided amazingly with our move in! Helped get us a great deal and worked with us with our move in date. Compared to our past apartment management, this complex has been great.

The gym is too small and during last year we have had many problems with it, people stealing stuff, etc. The swimming pool is lovely, but it's not heated during winter. The spa should be cleaned for often. The basketball net is often broken. The laundry machines don't wash the clothes properly. The neighbors are nice and the environment is safe for the kids. We need more "green" on front of the apartments, downstairs.

Great place to live. Management very helpful when issues come up. Lots of residents have pets so very pet friendly. Close to shopping and hiking trails.

New Management on average of every 6 months if it's even that long. If you love to have your home in upheaval as rules, regulations, policies and procedures change that frequently you'll love it here

Great place to live, great neighbors, great front office staff, and great amenities. The complex is nice and quiet. Close to schools and stores.

I have lived at Renew Alpine for almost 11 years and I love living here so much!! I adore my apartment and the beautiful trees and landscaping. The management has had a high turnover but the management we have now is amazing as is our maintenance team. I love calling this home and hope Im here for many more years!!

Good place to live with children, quite and peaceful. Close to everything on the town, the school bus just stopped in front. Need to improve the playground.

I have lived here since 2009. I've never lived in apartments until I lived here. Only houses. When things need repair a work order fixes it very quickly. The property is beautiful. When it is winter and it rains, right out my front door is a running river. The sounds are soothing along with the little frogs it brings. It's enough of country and enough of city for me

I love the apartment complex. Everyone is very nice and the staff are very helpful and supportive. They are updated with the latest technology to fit the needs of everyone around !

Lovely peacefull area, with great amenities. Located right next to the Town center. And not too far off the highway. Lovely mountain view, and backyard

The community has been welcoming since the beginning. Everyone is polite, keeps to themselves but friendly. I have enjoyed living here, it was exactly what we needed.

Beautiful complex with highly maintained landscape and amenities. Comfortable sized homes with great views and quite neighbors. Limited guest parking.

Great community, close to stores and shopping. Staff is friendly and quick to help resole any issues. Laundry rooms are well kept and clean.

Clean units and quiet neighbors. Excellent park and Dog park. Parking is tight but there is plenty of visitor parking. Close to two schools and stores.

I really like it here. I never thought I would get the chance to live in alpine. I love the people and the pets. And it's lovely here. The rent is a little high but far better than anything you can get in the city .

Re[]New Alpine is a gorgeous community full of amenities and a very family-friendly atmosphere. On our first day here my high schooler ran into like five friends and "The Playground" which looks like a city park was full of children and their parents. Awesome first impression!

Just moved in and everyone from the property manager to the neighbors have been very welcoming. We made the right decision in choosing to love here.

Its been a mostly pleasant experience here. Most of the neighbors are friendly. Tye neighborhood is fairly quiet and well kept. It’s pretty family friendly.

It's been relatively nice so far. Haven't taken advantage of all the facilities or gone exploring here or nearby area yet since I got sick, but it's been otherwise pleasant. Only gripe is the office hours aren't consistent but using the resident portal helps with that somewhat.

When renting we wanted the downstairs unit and were told we couldn't get it. This is upsetting especially since we were looking for a downstairs unit. Also I've put in three maintenance requests and one of them being more urgent and haven't heard a thing in five days. I've called and left two voicemails and no one has contacted me.

Apartments are very nice but there were too many maintenance issues that they tried to cover up and the people (your neighbors) aren’t very friendly

Our experience was good but not so good. We like this area and so do the kids but I also had bad things happen here. The bad things were mainly involving the neighbors. We had mean ones and nosey ones . Some effected our well being. Also we think the apartment is haunted with bad juju. The good was we got to be together as a family and here is a good place to raise kids.

Management is very polite and helpful. Seems like property takes care of issues more now. I love that they finally upgraded our laundry room. I just wish residents would be more courteous and clean after themselves.

management is extremely slow to respond and the apartment is falling apart.

The apartment from the inside makes it look nice because they installed new carpet, but the paint they used does not have clear coat. Which causes for any kind of dirt to stick to it, there is not protection, after a few months the walls will look horrible if not taken care of and if you want to clean the walls we might pull the paint out with chemicals. The rooms are okay size, not small or big. The thing the I like the most is that since we live downstairs, we have a small patio that the master bedroom sliding door provides to enjoy the weather. We are not allowed to have BBQ's; charcoal or gas. There is a of cleaning and maintenance to do at the outside (general) area. Seems to me that gardeners only concentrate on what is visible from the parking lot, but the back trees which have a lot of dead leafs are not cleaned. I have found alcohol bottles, trash, and apples with holes in them (I wonder why?). The lighting that the complex provides to make night more visible do not work, I have told management since I moved in and they haven't fixed them. They did told me they have 24-7 maintenance, but they only come about once a week. Since we are not allowed to have our own BBQ's, they force you to use what they provide. But there is not a close area for us and we have to walk to another building, once we got there it did not had a grill. They are rusted and nobody cleans the dust from charcoal residue, it makes it look bad. The gym and pool area are very small. The exercise room only has a walker,a machine with 4 types of workouts and a free weight with about 15 pounds; it is more like a warm up place or something to just sweat a little. The pool is small and only goes about 5 feet deep, mostly for your kids to enjoy. But there is only one and it is located next to the main office. There is a lot of people that lives here, so the pool can get packed quickly. In general, so far, we noticed that management it is not on top of things to get them done quickly. After multiple calls and emails to get things fixed, they take weeks to get something done. You will have to remember everything that you asked for, even if it's a big list. If they power wash the outside of the buildings, use better paint inside and out, upgrade windows and doors, have better gardeners that clean all general areas, keep up with amenities (including BBQ), and management to stay on top of things this place could earn 4-5 stars.
