After living here more than a year, I can still say I love it. It does help to be friends with all of my roommates too. I am very glad that it came furnished!

f you live here you will charged for every single thing possible once you try to move out. I was charged for a chair that the managers intentionally hid the damage by putting a cover over it before I moved in. Upon move out, me and all my roommates were charged $75 and the manager is extremely uncooperative and rude. Also $25 charge if you don’t turn in a plastic bracelet that they don’t tell you is needed to be turned in upon move out. Only good part about this place was the maintenance guys they were great.

My stay here was great! I had a few roommate disagreements, but the office was always super helpful. Phoebe was usually the one I went to for help, and the leasing agents were always friendly. Plus, the pool in the summer was a perfect way to unwind. It's definitely the cheapest but nicest place to live when you're getting your life together!

This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare when it comes to safety and communication. After someone shot a bullet through our door, we were left terrified and deeply disappointed with how management handled the situation. When they finally came to fix the door, they claimed they had to special order it. The replacement door didn’t even come with a peephole, and we had to wait several more days before they added one. Throughout this frightening time, the communication from management was terrible. Emails sent out prior to the incident mentioned that walk-in inspections would take place, but this never happened. No inspection was conducted in our unit, or apparently in the apartment across the hall, where dangerous and unauthorized guests were staying. If inspections had been done as promised, they could have taken action to prevent the situation from escalating to this point. Their failure to fulfill their responsibilities directly put me in harm’s way. Living here has done nothing but increase my anxiety. If something happens to you, you’re entirely on your own. Management’s response to trauma or safety concerns is essentially, “Too bad, we’re sorry, but you’re stuck.” They won’t even reference specific lease terms that justify keeping you here against your will. It feels like they exploit the fact that many tenants are college students, taking advantage of inexperience to trap us in unsafe and exploitative living conditions. This is not a safe environment. Move here at your own risk, if you value your safety and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This apartment does not care about your safety. On December 22nd, someone shot their gun through our door and it damaged the bar stools. Each day we are concerned what will happen next because this apartment is so unpredictable. The only thing we wanted was to be released from our lease because of the daily fear of this problem happening again. They covered up the problem by moving the people involved to another unit and moved someone different across from us to so call fix the problem. We had a bullet hole in our door for 2 weeks straight after the incident before they finally came to fix it. They care so much about their image that they didn’t inform the other residents about the matter, this is just something that was suppose to be brushed under the rug. I personally feel these apartments have declined and more problems like this will occur. Apply at your on risk because these people will leave you for dead.

Rendezvous is a wonderful place to live! I love the 24-hour gym and the staff! Heidi and Phoebe have helped me out so much!

I moved in when it was still Bryant Place and the management was very helpful and understanding. I loved living here until the new management. They are not helpful and do not fix things when they need to be fixed. My roommates and I have had issues with our plumbing that has still not been fixed for over 4 months. They like to come to your room without even a simple phone call to let you know they will be coming even when you aren't home. Just expect no privacy whatsoever. They like to charge for everything and anything they can find. I cannot wait to get out of this apartment oh and they will not let you get out of your lease if you aren't satisfied so be prepared to be miserable till your lease is up. Hasn't been a good experience at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I moved in when it was known as Bryant place and shortly after it was sold and needed to re-setup all contract and portal access. The pool was no open for a single day the entire year I lived there. Several mantinence requests went weeks without attention. Roaches were an issue from day one. I went almost a month without a clothes dryer. Management continued to pop in unannounced and mostly when we were not home. I could not wait until I could move out and 3 months after being cleared to move out I was told by Daylee that there was a $35 dollar balance and if it wasn't paid in 4 days they would send me to collections. No explination, no invoice, just a threat. I never missed any payment and this is how you treat me? STAY CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY, THE MANAGMENT IS A JOKE!!!

really liked this complex - Daylee was very helpful and answered all my questions - property is very well maintained and the lobby reminds me of a boutique hotel . Loved it !
