I love living at Render: the community is wonderful, the amenities are great and they work hard to keep things clean in spite of the size of the community. The community events are wonderful and I have made several wonderful friends since moving in. The walking trails are great, and you can walk to the grocery, the pharmacy and a restaurant. I am very happy living at Render. It is a wonderful community and has great amenities; the location is convenient to shopping and within walking distance of a grocery. The office and maintenance personnel are friendly and courteous and it's obvious that they take pride in the community.

I have so many wonderful things to say about render, that i may not have enough room to include everything here. This place is perfect , I mean from the moment you walk into the building , it’s almost like your in restaurant at first that goes into a common area with game and tv, the gym is fully stacked with every thing anyone would need. The pool and outside is so welcoming with a fireplace, tv, games, grills and lots of green grass and beautiful plants, so gorgeous and relaxing. And that was just about the common areas , I’m just about to get to the apartments, Very spacious, very beautiful, VERY CLEAN, new appliances, new electric stoves, ceiling fans, walkin/closet space. Secure neighborhood, quiet neighborhood, grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Police always patrolling, very Safe area. If you’re looking for a secure, luxurious, friendly community, render is the place. The energy here is so welcoming and beautiful. From the staff to the dwelling, just perfect !

I recently stopped by for a meeting with my supervisor who lives in these apartments. I was very impressed with the Clubhouse. Beautiful detail of build, beautiful Common space with large fireplace for tenants, and a weight room that is as nice as a paid membership. Beautiful pool and places to picnic for tenants.
