It's a good apartment close to downtown. All shops , schools are accessible by walk, metro and bus stops also near by for public transportation. Management is also friendly and reachable.

I love this place! The amenities are pretty cool, parking is included and the staff is super nice! Nice spacious floor plans, nice kitchens and a patio/balcony too?! Can’t get a better price for this anywhere else in Long Beach.

This property has great features both inside and outside the complex. An elevator makes it easy to travel between floors. The entrance to the complex has a beautiful fountain. My one bedroom apartment was nicely painted and maintained. The unit came with hardwood floors, balcony with utility closet, and dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom is big enough for a queen a king might be pushing it. Overall the complex is quiet and each staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad to be Rennaissance Terrace resident.

While Alfonso and Cynda are great people, the overall experience is very poor, cheap materials used for renovation, cheap services, low quality of everything, extremely annoying camera security system speaking warnings like it's a prison camp, awful, last year many new residents with no ability to respect "no peeing in courtyard" signs, now everything stinks around the corners... while rent is going up for no reason... don't consider this place.

Renaissance Terrace is the best of all worlds. Great location, diverse neighbors, pet friendly, friendly and capable staff, gym amenities, and Parking! I rented site unseen from online. The process was smooth and Cynda walked me through the entire process-including a few hiccups on my end. I love living here and I highly recommend this community for any family size or make up.

Nice quiet area
Finding this community via online source during my relocation process was the best decision Ive made in a while. I usually dont do apartment living, but something about Renaissance Terrace stood out to me. I loved the expedited response to my intial inquire. The communication throughout the entire application process, was superb! Finalizing the paperwork and the customer service provided by the management team makes me want to call this place home for a few years!
I have many years living in this community and my experience has been wonderful..I enjoy this place
