I’ve lived here for over 10 years and I love it! The apartments are well appointed, spacious and close to Tech. The grounds and amenities are lovely. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s really a great place to live!

Good complex itself. I was a medical student at Texas Tech and liked that it was close to the hospital. However, the front desk staff and poor customer service make the apartment undesirable. I was charged an two extra months rent even though I had told the front desk staff that I did not want to renew my lease and was moving out due to graduation. However since they had informed me of the wrong procedures for move out, I was penalized. I noticed over the four years I lived there that the associates are very rude, and aren’t able to correctly answer questions about the property etc. They will give you different answers each time. There were extra fees at the end of my lease which I was never told about prior. Enjoyed my time living there but the unfriendly front desk staff and surprise expenses at the end were not worth it! A little kindness and respect goes a long way
The apartment is very close to TTUHSC, shops, and restaurants. Peaceful living for the most part (no rowdy undergrads). Management is nice. Overall, great place for graduate students! The only downsides are the large flock of messy pigeons and (hopefully temporary) construction across the street.
Beautiful property, and management is so nice! High end at good price.

So, looks great & as long as you have a perfect apartment all is good bc maintenance is useless, the hot water lasts for 5 minutes, water pressure is a joke, don’t even think of decorating the patio, the garages fall apart all the time, the refrigerators don’t stay cold or always hum, the washers can’t handle more than 3 towels or will get out of balance, maintenance comes into your apartment whenever they feel like it, the windows allow water to come in when it rains, if you live on the ground floor you will hear the upstairs people every second of every day, the gates literally only work on occasion & you can only use the front one, only 2 people allowed in the pool, what more can I say? You bring anything up to management & they ignore you & nothing gets repaired. My lease is up in June & I can’t wait.

The property itself is great. I love the space and the amenities they offer. I just moved here last year and i have little to no complaints. I will say that the way the mailing and packages are can be confusing at time but overall a great place to live. This place is safe and has a great sense of community

I’ve stayed in numerous apartments in west Texas, and this is by far the best one. We haven’t had any issues here, management is great, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. They allow pets and have a great grounds team that makes sure the apartments are always clean regarding pet waste. The pool area is so beautiful in the summertime. We love it here!
This is my second year living here and I wish I had been living here much sooner. The front office staff are super helpful and friendly, which is something I think is missing in a lot of apartment complexes. The grounds are also well-maintained and beautiful. I highly recommend moving here!

I've lived at the Renaissance for about 7 months now. It is conveniently located near the Health Sciences Center, Walmart, and several popular fast food places. Some things I love about my apartment: Walk-in closet! Modern appliances Comes with a washer and dryer (some apartments in Lubbock require you to have your own) Deep tub (great for bubble baths) Spacious I have never had a problem here! I've called maintenance once and that was because the light went out in the breezeway. Also, the ladies in the front office are so nice and helpful! 10/10 recommend
Been here for 6 months, more of a graduate student and professional population. I like the quiet, there’s a nice pool and a park near by as well. Apartments are a good size. Maintenance works fast.
What a beautiful place to live! Ashleigh has been very helpful and friendly from day one, and she worked relentlessly to help us get the apartment we need. There is plenty of room for me, my husband, and our precious dog, Queenie. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner, and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the services. The location is perfect because we can get anywhere in town in 15 minutes or less. The on-site courtesy officers provide a feeling of safety to our homes. We could not ask for a better apartment complex!
Excellent floor plans, located in a great area for ease of access to stores and restaurants without being directly in the center of all the noise. About 5 minutes from the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center campus, making the Renaissance a great location for students/employees there, particularly when coupled with the overall quiet environment of the apartments. Maintenance staff is truly fantastic; they are SO kind and helpful and respond incredibly quickly to any concerns or issues that may arise!
This apartment has been perfect for grad school. It is quiet enough to let me study, and it is really close to the HSC. They are very pet friendly at this apartment, and we are right next to a park! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking in Lubbock.
We have been here two years now and we are very happy. The management is very good to respond to any needs that are reported. We highly recommend Renaissance at North Park.
I have lived here for three years now and Love it! The apartments are laid out very nice and my 1 BR has more room for storage than any other place I have found. The staff is excellent to deal with and of the few maintenance requests I have had, they have been very prompt in getting it fixed. I thought this might be a temporary place to live when I moved here but I like it so much that I am considering an upgrade to a larger apartment because this place keeps my life much easier than anyplace else. I wont not consider living in any other apartment complex in town.
Looking for luxury living, quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and very roomy apartments Renaissance at Northpark is where you need to go. Lots of cabinet space, large tubs, lots of closet space and extended balcony with storage. The view is amazing. The landscaping is just beautiful and the swimming pool is just amazing. Most of all we have the best Management and maintenance. They are very helpful in helping you to get settled in. I am enjoying my stay here now for several yrs. and plan on staying. There is alot of apartments in Lubbock nice ones too BUT to find one with no complaints is hard to do but I believe you won't have any complaints here at Renaissance at Northpark, I love it!!! Come check us out!
I have been at this apartment for over two years and the staff has only ever been friendly and helpful. Any troubles I had they have gone above and beyond to help me out - fast repairs, easy payments and rent handling - I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an attractive and cozy place to rent - especially if you work near the medical centers because you are so close!

The Renaissance has been our home for the last 5 plus years. If not due to an illness and the necessity to move we would remain residence at the Renaissance. The office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Any maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely matter. The design of our apartment, the amenities, and the beautiful landscaping are exceptional. We are minutes away from Texas Tech, Lubbock International Airport, many restaurants, and great shopping. Thanks a million Renaissance for the last 5 plus years!!
The office staff and so rude, especially the manager. They don’t care if you have a problem and basically tell you go get over it or get out. The rent is way over priced for what it is and the gates are always broken or the key fob doesn’t work. It is supposed to be young professional living, but it is more like expensive student living. I will never live here again.
Nice units. Office staff the opposite of nice. They are the worse. It is sad that these people are involved in the hospitality business. I thought West Texas people are suppose to be nice! They call and tell you that you owe rent money, but they can't do the math to tell you how much you owe. They just respond with "Oh, Honey. I did it on the calculator." They barely look up when you walk into the the front office. You have to literally hoover over them to get them to acknowledge you. They are demeaning. My gate clicker was broken, and I called for help - they asked if I tried driving closer to the gate... come on! I The irony is that they advertise that these units are designed for young professionals, and the office staff treat the residents like idiots drooling at the mouth just hoping that they could step foot on the unit. Truth is - This is suppose to be a luxury apartment. If I am living here, I do not HAVE to live here. Any positive comments on this site concerning the units - probably true. Any positive comments on this site concerning the staff - I would doubt the legitimacy. Just call them and ask about a unit, they won't discriminate their poor treatment towards you if you were a current tenants or an interested tenants. 4-5 stars for units If I could give minus stars for the office staff, I would.
Not sure what kind of sour grapes that other resident was eating but my staff and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 year stay at the Renaissance,, it's beautiful and the manager and on site courtesy officers keep it quiet and spotless ,, maintenance is superb,, the apts are well appointed with higher end fixtures than anything in Lubbock and all of us were treated like family not just a $$$ sign to them,, superb complex for Lubbock,,
This was probably the WORST apartment experience I've ever had, and I've lived in quite a few apartments. The office staff is terrible. I'm not kidding - They suck. I have been personally victimized by the Renaissance office staff. But seriously, they are unprofessional in every since of the word. They are rude, do not dress professionally, speak down to the residents, and do not address any complaints you may have. Oh yes, the apartments themselves are very nice, and the community areas are great, but the walls are paper thin. Like, really thin. You can hear everything going on around you. Also, the hardwood floors make it so you can hear people walking above you all the time. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy purely because of the office staff. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
With the promise of a Spanish style upscale home I eagerly leased my one bedroom. Overall it is a "nice" apartment as long as you live on the top floor. For all the money spent on marble counter tops and vanities there should have been something spent on the soundproofing between each apartment. You can hear the door slam shut on the first floor from the third. You can clearly hear the next door neighbors TV if you are close the the adjoining walls. And if someone sort of heavy walks across the floor you don't miss that sound as well. Do you get used to it? Yes. Is it that acceptable for the cost of the lease? No. I hope to move to a better place soon.
