Renaissace at City Center offers above average amenities.

We really enjoyed our time at the Renaissance City Center apartments. The property is really well kept and maintained and management is responsive. We especially enjoyed our unit which faces the courtyard and pool, it is significantly quieter than the units facing the busy streets. I would recommend anyone live here!

Renaissance at City Center community is more like a resort than a home.

We've been only here for 13 days, so we can't really give you the accurate review yet, but it's been an amazing experience, and I love the value that the Renaissance provides to the residents.

Excellent staff and service, but one common area amenity needs to be upgraded ASAP.

Ive lived in this building for a little over a year and a half (with extreme familiarity with it prior to moving in, as my best friends also live here) and there has been an apparent and drastic change for the better since the change in management personnel. I am so very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of current management personnel :)

I am barely a new tenant who has lived at Renaissance at City Center for about 6 months now. In my opinion, I can state without any hesitation that both the management and maintenance staff have demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism in every which way I can think of. Whether it be assistance with the lease, clarification of rules and regulations that you may not have paid attention to, that would save you a penalty, prompt communication, a missed package delivery and great service at all times. I also can say that living here is like being in a resort with all amenities intact, functional and maintained with utmost care. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for either a short or long term lease.

My wife and I love the amenities provided and the garden area that is available for strolls after dinner. The community is quiet and noise is rarely an issue. The neighbors are friendly and the community events were a great way to meet our neighbors when we first moved in. We have enjoyed living at the Renaissance and would recommend anyone who is looking for apartment.

Renaissance is a pretty property that brings me peace when I arrive home from a long, hard day of work.

At the moment you don't want my review. There's so much that's good about this place -- manager Danielle is great, maintenance chief Aaron is AWESOME, Berta who does most of the cleaning is fabulous, and even Rolando, who helps with maintenance, is hardworking and always cheerful. We really enjoy bringing people here and seeing how impressed they are, and know they will be even more impressed when the redecorating/painting/carpeting is complete and the worn and shabby furnishings are replaced. On the down side, we feel that everything here is getting increasingly expensive -- space rental for the parlor has tripled since we moved here, our utilities have doubled, and our rent has increased 20% in four years, even though our income hasn't gone up nearly as much. It's just not that great a value anymore, and the lack of privacy, inability to control the noise from neighbors who either can't or won't control themselves, and the other disadvantages of living in an apartment building are starting to matter more as the perceived value for the money has declined. We still like it here, but not as much as we once did.

For the most part, we love living at the Renaissance at City Center. The amenities are great, the management has been trying hard to make it a lovely place to live, and when the current paint and carpet refurbishment is done, it will look much nicer.

Renaissance at City Center is a clean, quite, secured, and professionally managed place to live. I have lived here 3 years with no complaints. The community is diverse and friendly. I highly recommend Renaissance at City Center.

Safe and quiet environment despite the fact that our community is close to free ways. Excellent management making our place safe and pleasant.

Friendly, responsive management and staff strive to make the Renaissance a comfortable, homelike setting with the amenities that modern upscale apartment dwellers have come to expect. A Renovation is in the works that will make the public areas fresh and attractive again and up to the high standards of the rest of the property.

We've been living at Renaissance at City Center for almost five years. It's beautiful, comfortable, and convenient, and the staff work hard to keep it a lovely and comfortable place to be. We love it!

Don't be fooled....too expensive...slow elevators/ fire hazard....fire alarms keep alarming either malfunctioning or maintenance without prior notice keep bothering us a lot when we sleep nd I wrk graveyard shift....

It's a pretty large building and I didn't know what to expect but once you enter you are already thinking of the housewarming party. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. During the tour, I was shown the pool, gym and business center. But what I wasn't expecting was the free spin and yoga classes, the theatre room and the pet spa! There's so much value, you have to see it for yourself!

this place is one of the nicest and newer buildings in Carson. There is nice amenities such as a pool, gym and a place to walk your dog outside. The only down side is the ridiculously high rent. Conveniently located near Ralph's and a bunch of restaurants and nail salons. Right down the street from 405 freeways. 10 miles away front the beach.

Great luxury apt! Secure building with ample parking, every ammenitie you can think of and an excellent leasing staff and maintenance team. Leasing staff host monthly events w free food and there are free exercise classes as well.

Living at the Renaissance has been a wonderful experience! With everything from Movie Theatre, Garden / BBQ areas and swimming pool to Spinning classes and a pool table bar area, nothing has been missed. The staff and Maintenance are very friendly and always helpful. Gated community with private parking and Security at night who even helped us move our large couch in make it safe and welcoming. Location is right across the street from Community events, Grocery Store and a small mall and IKEA nearby. Don't miss it!

Spacious 2bed 2bath unit. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops. Very quiet complex and quite secure. Great ambience and great community to be a part of. If you are looking for a South Bay home, look no further-Renaissance City Center is great!
