Don’t move here! I don’t care what move-in discount they offer. It is not worth it. I would not recommend these apartments to family or friends. I have been living in the Renaissance Apartments for a little over a month. When I moved in I was given by management a move-in check list. They asked me to note anything broken that needed to be fixed. I wrote down the things that needed to be repaired and turned in the form to them. Management told me that it would take a few days for maintenance to make the repairs. Since then they have not contacted me. I emailed them three business days ago asking them to please send maintenance, and they will not respond. It seems like they can’t be bothered. I have never lived in apt that it takes over a month to make repairs, and they will not even reply to my messages. They only care about you when you show interest in the apartment, but after you move in you are just another sucker whose sole purpose is to make the owners wealthy.

These apartments look nice on the outside but in the inside it’s a whole different story. The apartment it’s self had mold the sprinkler constantly leaked (Bathrooms have carpet where the sprinkler head it’s so it would often be soaked)notified maintenance and they said it was condensation but it was a lot of water, the appliances would break frequently (most like due to placement) , our HVAC system was hardly working and they said they didn’t want to replace it because they had just replaced another unit and then a week later said it was our fault. You pay for maintenance on the pool and hot tub and they are never working, when we asked why they said it was to hard to maintain because of the trees on the property, it was like that for a year and a half.

If I could give this property -100000 stars I WOULD! Absolutely horrible 4-month experience with Renaissance. I moved in in November of 2023 and within a month there was EXCESSIVE mold growth. The windows were also not done correctly so you can feel cold air coming through constantly. Also, in the last month, there was a leak that obviously was not addressed as the unit is now up for rent! The carpets had black mold growing under them and when it rained, pools of water would arise in the windowsills and under the carpet. I ended up getting pneumonia and my elderly dog got beyond sick! Not to mention all of my items that were ruined beyond repair due to how much moisture stays within the apartments. I did my own moisture testing as asking the management for any help is a joke. It was over 60%! I mean, there aren't even windows in the bathrooms! We were clean and tidy people so when this issue came up, maintenance response was they we were "not ventilating properly"... Isn't that what an HVAC system is for, especially in the cold winter months where its below 35 degrees at night? This place is full of issues. Please do yourself a favor and look ELSEWHERE. I would hate to see a family go through what we did with them. If only I could post the photos of how horrid the living conditions were there. They have put my mold infested apartment up for rent not even a day after we dropped our keys. Everything from the management to the property itself was an absolute disgrace. I am not the only one that feels that way either. I watched at least a dozen people move out of these apartments within the for months I lived there. I could write a novel about how horrible my experience was dealing with this company. BUT PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!

Renaissance is beautiful. Our apartment is modern and large. Big terrace and the leasing office was so kind.
You really feel at home with the luxury granite countertops and open kitchen layout. The location is great with Costco, Trader Joe’s, Target, Starbucks, and others nearby. Also Taylor mountain is right in the backyard, so you can always go hiking.
Nestled in the country, yet only four blocks away from the most trafficked shopping center in Santa Rosa, due to Costco and Trader Joe’s are the Renaissance Apartments. There is a complex on Kawana Springs Road, and the street I live on, Kawana Terrace across the street. These Southwestern style apartments are painted a warm terracotta color, giving you a feeling of calm. About a quarter mile up the street is one of the entrances to Taylor Mountain Trails, for all that like to hike, or ride horses. Because of these mountains you will see deer wandering around the north side of my complex, from time to time. I live on the third floor. That means four flights of stairs up. A daily workout that I cannot back out of. From my living room that faces south, I can see Rohnert Park and Petaluma lights at night. During the day I see mountains, cows, and country homes scattered spatially apart. There is a French door in my living room that leads to a deck. On the other side of the deck is another French door off of the master bedroom. My two bedroom apartment is not very large, but works for my daughter and I. For a large crowd we can always rent the recreation room for a fee. This includes an entertainment room, pool table, gym and pool. The washer and dryer in each unit is a plus. Dogs and Cat are included for a fee. Most people here have animals, and all of them seem to be on board with being quiet at night, because I have never been woken up by a bark or meowing cat. Unless it was mine. When anything breaks down or I have any concern in my apartment, management is excellent. They go out of their way to help as quickly as possible. Renaissance has two very capable maintenance workers that live in our complex. I can order items online to the office, and know that I can rely on our management office to let me know when a package arrives by email or by phone. My favorite thing about this complex is that I feel safe. All my windows face south accept one so, if anyone thought about breaking in they would need a latter. This would not happen because the south side of my apartment faces the parking lot. The other window off the dining area has a walkway about five feet away, with a three story drop in between. Quiet country living, but only minutes away from downtown.
The building is nice. Neighborhood is wonderful. It's close to a beautiful regional park, shopping with easy access to buses & freeway
