Remington Station Townhomes

Mindy is the BEST! I have lived in several complexes and none of the management have ever been as accommodating, helpful, and understanding as Mindy was. She made my stay at Remington smooth and enjoyable. I was sad to be leaving! I also had WONDERFUL neighbors during my time there. I assisted them in putting on an event for the entire complex that was very enjoyable. I have never experienced an event like where so many residents came together before. Mindy is also great at staying up on the maintenance and grounds, such as pot holes, snow, lawn, etc. I also enjoyed the fact that she kept us so informed with everything through frequent emails. Live here! It will be worth your money and time!!

This is by far the best place I have ever rented. It feels so much like a home and has a great amount of space. The layouts are great and all of the apartments have easy access. Mindy is absolutely amazing. She is super friendly and responds to questions and emails very quickly. She is truly dedicated to making your experience at Remington Station a good one. She always keeps you up to date if there is any landscaping or other property maintenance being done. Randy is the maintenance man and he is very kind and helpful and very respectful when in your home. I am moving for work, but I will truly miss this townhouse. I loved living here and would absolutely consider moving back if I am ever in the area again.

We have had a wonderful experience so far and are looking forward to moving in. Mindy has been so helpful and kind, she is very professional and takes the time to make sure our move will be a smooth one. The townhouses are very clean, the property is very well maintained. The atmosphere is just what we need, after having to care for a house for 30 years.

We recently moved in and couldn't be happier with the experience. The property is clean and well maintained, and Mindy the property manager couldn't be nicer or easier to work with. From first contact, to the tour, to signing a lease, every step was made easy with Mindy's help. One of our favorite parts of the process was picking the paint colors for our place which were waiting for us on the walls come move in day. There was one small issue which Randy, the maintenance manager, fixed professionally and in a timely manor. The location is great as well, minutes from all the amenities Belden Village has to offer, and easy access to Interstate 77. So far, we love our experience at Remington and recommend it to you!

My husband and I have been here since July. Mindy is a great property manager and Randy is very knowledgeable as a maintenance man!! They are very quick on answering our requests. Have lived in other apartment complexes and find Remington the best place to be!!!

These town homes in in a great area and are very well maintained! I could not disagree more with the two star review. Moving from SW Illinois to NE Ohio was effortless thanks to Mindy and the rest of the Brookwood staff. Their professionalism and flexibility made me feel much more comfortable making my rental decision and then signing the paperwork remotely. Mindy keeps the whole community in the loop about anything that is going on and really makes all of the residents feel like they are living in a community rather than just any old building. In reference to the two star review below.... I have never seen a pot hole in the parking lot or the sidewalk... and I walk the whole community pretty regularly with my pup. My boyfriend and I have LOVED living here the past seven months and are so sad that we have to leave. Seriously, what other apartment will allow you to pick the color of paint you want on the walls and then paint it for you prior to moving in?!?! LOVE this place!

I couldn't disagree more with the person that only rated the town homes a two star and complained about the property manager. Sounds like a miserable person but anyways the level of communication about what's going on in the neighborhood is amazing. I have never lived in a place that keeps you in the know like Remington. Whenever I have had questions the property manager has responded in a prompt fashion and always takes my needs seriously. It's located in a awesome location with access to multiple retailers that are very close by. In my opinion this place is great and this complaining neighbor can go buy a house if that person is not happy. But hey I'm a positive person and I love it here.

These townhouses have not been updated since they were built in 1990.. The appliances are old, light fixtures also. The original dishwasher does not work right, dishes are still dirty. They raise your rent right after you have been here one year and your lease is up. The maintenance man is good about repairing anything and quick at getting it done. The manager is always gone from the office leaves early before 5pm. She just loves the canton basketball players so she takes off to watch them play, really? I you have a complaint about something and it's her fault, she starts crying, to make you feel bad.she is not professional, and can not write a professional letter. Back to the apartments just because we are in a good area does not mean the "market valve" keeps going up. These townhouses are over priced for this area for the current condition they are in. Fencing around patios are falling down, they are not painted,some are built one way and painted different colors.front doors are rusting throughput ,they need to be painted again. Sidewalks are falling apart. And their are holes along the sidewalks that someone could fall into.for the price of almost $900.per month they sure don't have money set aside to continue to make improvements in the properties Mr lemmon owns. Formica counters look tacky and cheap. Not luxury as you state!!!
