Property Ratings at Regency Towers Apartments
Stay far away from this building! It's infested with mice, plagued by mold, and suffers from abysmal management and maintenance. Every year, they shut off the AC for maintenance, leaving residents to endure indoor temperatures of 84°F without providing any portable units or addressing the recurring issue. The staff, including the manager, are incredibly rude and unhelpful, even resorting to hanging up on renters when they can't provide solutions. Maintenance requests languish for months without resolution. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere to live!

PLEASE!!! Before signing your lease with Regency Towers/Galman Group, make sure you understand the ending terms of the lease especially how it automatically renews unless you agree to move out within their mandated time frame. The rent increases every year. This is not a friendly community and they are only out for themselves. If you're planning on moving here and have any doubts, follow you instinct or else you will regret it.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! The other reviews about maintenance problems are accurate. I lived here for 9 months and experienced flooding, broken washing machine, broken dishwasher, broken A/C unit, etc. Someone's dirty bath water flooded into my kitchen sink daily. The property manager, Jessica, tried to blame me for the flooding. Please AVOID this property at all costs!
This place has got to be one of the most poorly managed buildings I have ever seen. The apartments themselves are nice but everything else about it is horrible. There are always water line shut downs so there are multiple days a month where we don’t have hot water. The rules are ridiculous. I would only recommend living here if you are 70+
I’ve lived here for a few months and I must say the worst place to spend your money on. Leaks, poor quality materials such as walls, paint, countertops, closet doors. Yes to that extent. Then you have the property manager who is rude and doesn’t need to be in this position at all, can’t handle it. Waste of time and money.

What a waste of time and money! We were shown four open kitchen plan apartments. No other type was shown. We expressed our desire with this open kitchen floor plan, measuring room sizes, taking photos and were told that our apartment (which was being overhauled) was the same except for slight differences in room sizes. When my husband called the leasing agent for the kitchen bar counter height for a set of bar stools we were having made to custom size, it took her three days to get back to us. Her reply to the request was we were getting a galley kitchen. “I hope you like it!” Or take another apartment on the 2nd or third floor. (We were looking forward to the top floor.) With 5 weeks to closing on our home we had to look elsewhere. What a waste of $320 and three mornings.
I recently moved from New York to PA for work purposes and found Regency Towers through apartment.com. This has been my first apartment ever and I loved it! You will find mostly elderly and college students that live here. Apartment is quiet and located in a very safe area, maybe a little too quiet/boring if you are young like myself. I am moving out when my lease ends just because I need a fun area with nice bars and restaurants. I definitely recommend Regency Towers if you are looking for a quiet, clean apartment building to live in. They have the best doorman- Cliff!!! He takes care of all the tenants like family, you will be in safe hands! Feedback- gym needs new equipment

Regency Towers . . . what a find! Thanks to apartments.com, I was able to confirm all the wonderful things I'd heard about this property. Now I am enjoying a luxurious lifestyle on a frugal budget. No more worries about yearly tax increases, snow removal, lawn care, etc. Until I moved here I knew very little about Willow Grove but I am thrilled to discover that everything I want or need is within blocks from my building. Regency Towers is located in a fantastic area and it is only two blocks from the Pennsylvania Turnpike when I want to venture farther! Of all the amenities, concierge, pool, gym, free shuttle bus to lots of locations, spacious apartment with 24-hour emergency help, secure parking in a well lit lot, what I most appreciate here is the social activities and the knowledge that I am no longer isolated alone in my old house. I revel in the exercise classes, day trips, game room, movie nights, monthly tenant breakfasts. I could write a book about how wonderful it is to live here . . . but it's time to go down to the community room for the weekly discussion group!
