The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Regency Square Apartments
We loooove regency! I basically grew up here between visiting my uncle or grandmother which she still lives on property. I Moved into my own apt back in 2018 and i am resigning my new lease here in march, Ms.Renee is always there when you need her and even when you didnt know you did lol (we live for the text notices), Also the maintenance team has gone above and beyond for us a few times! Besides Regency being an overall appealing looking community, their customer service is top notch. oooooh and also the pool and courtyard are my fav!
There is always maintenance that needs to be done and all appliances are at least 20 years old. Some parts of the home are Just permanently dirty, no matter how much you clean. There are roaches, and I can hear the man who lives under me snoring all night. The walls and floor are that thin.
Ready to move. You can always hear your neighbors above you, apartment always needs repaired, my car was broken into, and management does nothing about noise disturbances.
If you're looking for a fairly quiet, family-friendly place, the atmosphere here supports that. However, the buildings are old and require routine maintenance. The staff responds to requests quickly, if not efficiently. The grounds are well-landscaped and the pool is nice. If you live below someone, you will likely hear the majority of their daily activities because the sound-proofing is sorely lacking. The price (I live in a one bedroom) is a bit high and current residents are not exempt from yearly price hikes. Not terrible, overall. Conveniently located near Madison St. businesses and easy access to Riverside Dr. area.
My husband is military. I am a stay at home mom unable to work because we have two younger ones and only one in school. My husband is taking care of me and our 3 children. Our apartment isn't as big as we wish for our children to grow and it's frustrating as a parent not being able to give your kids everything they deserve. Being able to win free rent, means more money so we can grow in a bigger place, one that fits our family so we're not on top of eachother. We live on the 2nd floor one level apt the rooms are all next to eachother and the biggest room is our living room, you walk in the door there's our living room and straight down the hallway is all of it, all the bedrooms the bathroom. I know it isn't our dream home, but were a close family and like my husband says we always make it work
