A Wonderful Place to Live

My mother has lived in the Regency Park Apartments for 5+ years, I have been so impressed with the care and upkeep of the grounds and apartments and the sense of community and family that is established. Safety is of utmost concern and needs are met quickly and completely. The entire staff of Regency Park wants to ensure that each resident is taken care of and enjoys their time in the community. I could not have asked for a better place for her to live. I would recommend it to all that are looking for a quality apartment community that is quiet, safe, beautiful and of the highest quality. The staff only expects excellence and definitely exhibit just that. If I could give the Regency Park 10+ stars, I would definitely do it.

Great!

We moved to Regency from out of state. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful. They have gone above and beyond with helping us and sharing their knowledge of the area and South Carolina. These apartments are by far the nicest in Greenwood. The location is great! If I had to complain about one thing it would be that the fire alarms were EXTREMELY sensitive. Which oh darn, the apartment was just being extremely safe! These apartments are also pet friendly and have multiple doggy poop stations located around the property which was very convenient. I cannot emphasis enough how the staff went above and beyond. They are very kind people!

Regency Park review

I’ve been living at regency park apartments 7 years now, I moved to Greenwood from Columbia SC and I must say it is the best place you can find in the Greenwood area. The units are up to date and very nice with a great floor plan for roommates. The grounds are kept to a high standard and I must say it’s nice not having to mow a lawn. Regency also has some great amenities, personal car wash, swimming pool, 24 hour work out room, volley ball, and a BBQ pit. However not only are the facilities nice there are plenty of things to do close by. We have a nice downtown area with live music venues and outdoor restaurants, Greenwood lake with state park for camping, and only an hour away from the mountains. The staff here at Regency are also a plus, they are very friendly and helpful and to me have become like family. On most holidays, they have some sort of gathering at the club house weather its catered or a pot luck and I love it either way because there is always good food. Overall I would recommend Regency Park to anyone considering the Greenwood area, you will not be able to find a nicer more well-rounded facility in the area.

My Experience at Regency Park

I’ve been living at Regency Park for over 10 years and I can tell that this is an excellent apartment complex. The quality of the apartments is outstanding, there are multiple options to fit any request in terms of space, cost, view, and facilities, the complex is conveniently located on By-pass 72, one of the two main roads of Greenwood, where you can easily find the city mall, all the new stores and major restaurants. However, even if you live very close to a major artery, that allows you to easily leave Greenwood in any direction, the location of Regency Park still guarantees a quiet and peaceful environment, with maximum respect for your privacy. The overall quality of Regency Park’s apartments is second only to their service: the staff is extremely kind, professional, and efficient; and it offers complete maintenance 24/7. I also enjoy other services, such as the recreational area, the pool, and the gym: all very well maintained and available at convenient times of the day. One of the things that I appreciate the most about this complex is the feeling of safety: there are surveillance cameras and a safety officer on site. Combined with the fact that they answer any call at any time of the day, this really provides a sense of confidence for a person who lives alone like me, both for my own security and for my properties when I’m not home. Finally, the staff at Regency Park always produces a remarkable effort to promote a sense of community among the residents: they organize several social events every year, either to celebrate holidays, such as Valentine’s Day or Thanksgiving, or to provide a valuable service to the people living here giving safety courses. Overall, these initiatives are very important to get the opportunity to meet your neighbors and make you feel even more at home.

Great Place to Live!

I have lived at the Regency Park Apartment Community for 12 years and would rate it very high as the best place to live in Greenwood. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and each area has different types of bushes, flowers, trees. It definitely is not your “cookie cutter” type of apartment living. Safety is a high issue here. We have great parking area lighting and very good breezeway lighting with emergency lighting. Each building breezeway has its own fire horn and all units are inspected regularly for the sprinkler system, smoke detectors, and fire extinguisher (which is in every kitchen). We also have our very own Security Officer who lives on property and is always available by phone for any emergency pertaining to safety. Our Associate Manager and Facilities Manager live on property. I have lived in other apartments in another state and this is very unusual to have any one on staff living on the property. They are always willing to address any issues one may have regarding Regency Park. Maintenance is great. They respond quickly to any work order placed and usually are able to take care of it the day the problem is reported. As tenants, one of the nice extras we have is we are treated to a community functions at the clubhouse. Valentine’s Day is a brunch, Thanksgiving RP provides the meat and drinks, and the tenants provide the side dishes and desserts. At Christmas we are treated to a brunch. Also, we have a Christmas deck decorating contest with prizes provided by RP. None of these activities were ever provided in any other apartment area that I have lived in. There are stand alone garages should one want to rent one for their vehicle or storage, as well as small storage units are available which are attached to the garages. However, every apartment has a storage unit at the end of their deck. All units have washer/dryer hookups if you want your own in your apartment. If not, there is a washer/dryer area provided up at the clubhouse. Again, these are items that I never had the privilege of having in my prior apartment rentals. Overall, as I said in the beginning, it is the best place to live in Greenwood. It is very clean, the property and buildings are well kept, and above all, it is very safe. I would highly recommend Regency Park Apartments as the best place to live in Greenwood, SC!

Great spot

I would highly recommend Regency Park Apartment Community to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Greenwood, SC. My sister has lived there for 12 years and I feel it is the safest place she can be in Greenwood. Regency Park has great security with good lighting in all the parking areas, and in the breezeways. They also have their own Courtesy Officer who lives on property and is available by phone at any time for any emergency regarding safety. He is employed by the Sheriff’s Department. Yearly he conducts a safety class for all residents. There are also security cameras installed at strategic points around the property. There is plenty of open parking where one can park a boat or an RV. The property is kept up well with flowers, bushes and trees. The grass is mowed on a regular basis. It is a very attractive place to live. The buildings are also kept up very well. Regency Park provides various types of apartments. Furnished corporate apartments are also available. Pets are allowed with approval of management. This is a non-smoking community which is great for my sister because she has an allergy to smoke. The owners live in Greenwood and are on the property most every day. In addition, there are three staff personnel, including a full time Facilities Manager, who live on the property and are always available. The staff is always courteous and happy to help in anyway they can to make living at Regency Park the most pleasant experience. If you are looking for an apartment, check out Regency Park. You’ll be happy you did.

Regency Park

This is a great place to live. Very safe community. Great pool. Staff was very helpful when we were first inquiring, we were moving from out of the Country and they were very prompt and honest. I would rent again.
