The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Regency Heights (55+ Community)
I have lived here for a year, so far. I can say that unlike the manager when i moved in, Erika works to make our community workable and liveable. She tries to address all problems that are in her purview. I believe that most tenants would agree.
This apartment is an oasis in a city of high rent. I was able to get this place for 580 a month. Typical apartments in this area of this quality go for about twice this much. There is a large lawn several acres between me and the street so there is very little street noise. Running and biking paths line the street so lots of pleasant steet scenes. People jogging, biking, walking their dogs. Close to restarants, bank, grocerie stores, fitness center. Well kept area and the apartment is clean and well maintained with very regular maintenance by the owners. Two large windows in my living room allow me to view all this and the setting sun across a backdrop of single family homes and mature trees. Just beautiful.
