Property Ratings at Regency Cove Apartments
Positives: quiet, no crime, safe any time of the day, washer and dryer in each unit, a swimming pool and cheaper rent for the area. But....the negatives Old facilities: Most of the equipment inside the apartments are 20 years old and patched up when things breakdown instead of replacing or renovating. And of course the repairs last only for a few months. After multiple patch jobs, management and maintenance get defensive and try to blame the residents for causing the problem or environmental conditions or manufacturers of the equipment. Eventually sometime will die out completely and you will be proven right about your prior complaints. But, it’s either replaced with cheap equipment or old outdated stuff. Bills: Expect high energy bills, the buildings are poorly insulated. Fitness center: it’s a tiny room with an old treadmill and a home-gym pulley/bench press. No air conditioning. Manager availability: there is no property manager living on site. Office hours are only Mondays to Fridays 10-4. If you need anything after hours or on the weekends, don’t expect anyone to answer the emergency maintenance line. Recommend to family, friends, or frenemy: no. Why not: you can find an apartment that is 100% better at the same price range.

Hello! Thank you for leaving your review about this property. We are sorry that you were not satisfied living here. We try to do our best as much as we can. We really want all the residents to be happy and feel comfortable living here. Also the manager lives on site and we do have the emergency maintenance service for 24 hr, the same central AC in all units and the Fitness Center too.
This property is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. I as a tenant enjoy living here more than 5 years. The property is clean, the units are big and the plus is the washer and dryer inside the unit, and the wood burning fire place. I like that there is on site manager that is able to help me all the time and the 24 hr maintenance phone number is a big plus. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.
