All Residents need to be 62+ Regency Commons is a 42 unit affordable senior housing community located along S. 5th Avenue entering the heart of Clarion. This quaint Borough is a welcoming community that has a strong sense of place with specialty shops, locally owned restaurants, and Clarion University Campus lining downtown Main Street.
