Nice Management staff

Nice Apartment building always looks clean and it’s very quiet ,upper management and on site Manager is very helpful , nice , efficient very knowledgeable . We stayed at this place for 5 years Moved out due to a job relocation but if we decide to move back to Cali this would be our #1 place to visit.

Our review !

My husband and I reside at this property for 8 years never had an issue with management as matter fact we would stay if my husband didn’t accept this job offer overseas .., Neighbors were nice respectful & polite to each other the Manager is an Amazing person open to talk and responded to maintenances issues accordingly , property is quiet nice atmosphere! We love ?? it ! And if someday we decide to move back to Cali & The Management Company is still operating this property will be our first choice to search.

The Regency

It’s Now under new management The units are re modeled by professional outside vendors! There is Built in wood flooring through out! Nice huge pool Building is so quiet I use to be a resident for about 2 years Need it to be relocated the new manager is compassionate and understanding as well as the new management company I got all the help in getting the unit re rented ! I would off have stay longer !
