Property Ratings at Regency Apartments
This place has the rudest staff. You will get the I just work here response and attitude from the manager whenever you reach out with a concern. No one is ever available for emergency situations and the office hours posted are not correct. You are lucky if you ever find someone. Reported an incident and never heard back from anyone. Not to mention things are never fixed correctly.
i live above the mangers mother apartment and my fiance and son and i love it there so far we will be one year in may and at first i did notice some funky look bugs but as we continued to clean our living space thoroughly everyday i have not seen any since and neighbors are friendly. great stepping stone to buying a home soon.
Rent maybe a little too high for small space but doable. They have water bugs but just gotta stay clean. Manager very nice and professional. Very nice and quiet place. Comfortable.
Manager Cecilia is very rude these apartments have roaches!!
they have roaches, and you can't even use a barbecue grill or have ANYTHING on your patio. and little kids are always running around.
rent too high. destructive kids vandalize. the apartment itself is ok but just ok.
I called the office and the person was very friendly and provided accurate information she was very sweet and friendly I would highly recommend these apartments.
