Located along I-44 about 90 miles southwest of Oklahoma City, Lawton is best known for containing the Fort Sill Army Base. Lawton is also home to Cameron University and the Great Plains Technology Center. While Lawton exudes a small-town vibe, there are plenty of things to do in town.

Property Ratings at Regency Apartments
The clerks are lazy and seldom do anything to answer the tenants maintenances requests. The place is so dirty and the trash spread everywhere. All this apartment doing is eye in your pockets and its commercial ad. is misleading, for example it claims to offer the high speed internet service which is completely false. It offers nothing, nothing!! Please go away to other places for get what you pay for. This place is absolutely not good place to live!
The reviews and pictures are all outdated. The poolside picture that are posted are very, very misleading of the actual view of the pool. This review don't allow for pictures to be posted of the current views.
Great place to live, loved it there. Lived here for 3 years and the staff and the people are the best.
Greeted with friendly and polite smiling staff on a rainy day 10/13/18. Very helpful. My bf and I cant wait to get moved in...and back into town..
My complex is ok, rents to high. I don't like the random walk through's that they do.
