I really like it here. Everyone is really nice at the office and maintenance is quick to fix things when you need then. I've been here for 3 years and never had any issues. I love that they have a fitness center and a big pool as it's super convenient for me instead of having to pay for a membership somewhere. I also really like that it's super secure with cameras, bright lights, gates and a security guard too.

I moved into Regal Towers almost a year ago, as I come up on my 1 year lease renewal I am excited to say I am going to renew again! I love my cozy little apartment! Anytime I have an issue maintenance always comes quickly! I love that there are so many cameras on the property especially since I live alone. It made my parents feel better about me being alone, not to mention security on site too! I have noticed as long as you follow the rules and pay your rent on time it overall is a very enjoyable place to live I don't understand what everyone complaina about!!!

I am writing this review as I get ready to move out after 3 years. I am thankful for my time here but I am moving out of state. Besides the obvious plus of location and price, my apartment really has been great. Maintenance is really quick to respond, security was able to track down a misdelivered package, and the office communicates all the upgrades going on. What I will miss the most here is the auto pay for rent, the convenience store downstairs, and the parking. None of these things are offered in my new place.

This is the worst apartment complex in Southfield. This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs everywhere. I literally have to break my lease due to how disgusting this place is. Pest control does nothing but lay these stupid traps down and try to blame you of why they're not going away when this is a BUILDING PROBLEM. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have lists of people with the same problems and act like this is normal. Health department needs to shut this place down and give these hard working people their money back because these roaches aren't going anywhere anytime soon. There are multiple buildings with roach problems

This is the worst apartment in Southfield. When walking into the building it smells. The staff is very rude I’ve gotten multiple racist reports from other tenants in the other buildings they steal packages when reported security told me ole well this is not where you want to bring you family PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE

So this was my first apartment and honestly it was great. I do plan to move but not because of them but because it’s too far from my job. Maintenance is very dependable and I was apartment B which was always quiet. There’s literally always an update somewhere

I lived here from 2016-2017. When I moved in, the apartment was not finished. The peel holes in the door was missing, the refrigerator did not work, the oven to the stove did not work, they needed to reglazed the bathroom, which caused me to not be at my apartment for 2 days and they were not willing to credit me anything for this inconvenience. I had to call maintenance several time because the one toilet I had didn't work, sometimes, no one ever showed up, even after several calls. I was charged. The office staff were terrible and I had to get a late fee because I didn't have access to drop off the payment and they didn't give me online access. Not sure if things have changed but it doesn't seem like it.

The 2 bedroom show model I viewed was small, the cleanliness was sub-par, the staff seemed over it all as well. Overall I was not impressed at all.

Nada and Noel at the rental office are so kind. Nada stayed after closing just to make sure I got my security in on time. She went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Noel and her both are so down to earth and like an aunti. Alao, Janive is nice too, at forat i thought she wasnt, but she is kind and funny. They have a good staff. The property is peaceful and nice. The neighbors are nice. They say its sound proof but I can still hear some sounds. But it's not too much. I am a quiet sleeper so any little aound can wake me. Maintaience is nice and fast. Each time i place a work order, they are knocking the next day. If i place the order early, they are knocking the same day. Ive been here 4 months now and I love it. Its cozy, not too big not too small for just me. They just renovated the lobby and the floors downstairs are wood. We have new mail boxes and theres a light up sign that says welcome home. Its so cute. I was voncerend at first because the cinstruction seemed like it was taking a while, but they finiahed and i really like it. Overall, the community is quiet, everyone seems to be sleep by 11 or midnight at the latest. The average is probably 10. I would recomend this place and i have recomended it to friends. A few people told me not to move here. I was skeptical. But I prayed about it and I believe the Lord led me here. I saw some bad reviews, but I have not experienced those things. I think the property actually considered those bad reviews and did something about them because I dont see it here. Also, if ur concerned about the view like i was at first, dont be, ifyou face the parking lot, it feels like a mini city view. U can see night life happening, people barb qing, kids on the playground. And on the 4th of July i literally had a personal firework show. I imagine in the winter it gets very quiet.
The office staff has been nothing but helpful to me during this transition time. They are always cheerful and eager to help with any concerns. The apartment was very decent upon moving in and there is parking literally everywhere. Multiple entrance doors are very nice for when you want to move stuff in.

In front of the entrance is not flat surface. Therefore it’s like pond every time it rains & then it becomes glass ice when the temperature goes down. I’ve a broken ankle & 8am in the morning when I use that entrance I’ve to carry my 4 years old to cross that path. Its really risky to use that door. I’ve wrote on the community portal so the management can fixed the issue. But instead of looking into the issue they deleted my message from the portal & I never got any reply back.

Worst decision I’ve ever made in my life. The people that work in the office are conniving they will lie to you then and turn it around and use it against you. You will never really live comfortably they send notes every month about inspections they will try to evict you even if you paid rent for the smallest things. You can miss a signature on paper work next thing you know you have a court order for a failed signature. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live at this place. Washer and dryers are terrible. Hallways smell. Doors are never secure. Water that runs through a the sink is never really clear, more of a fog. Maintenance takes forever to service your issue. Rent is high for no reason. The basketball court is only open two months out the year. They will try to tow your car if tags that just expired. The front gate employees let anyone in which is not safe. Office staff never available and very rude! The K-9 security harasses you for no reason. If you enjoy prison this would be a great place to live.

Every apartment no matter where u go has its issues. One has to determine if the good outways the bad. So I have lived here going on five years now and over time I have seen the improvements made to make the towers a better community to live in. Starting with the positive. the apartments are not the largest however the floor plans are great because they offer a lot of open space . you also can paint whatever room or wall you like as long as you paint it back when u leave . it allows pets . has central air and heat. Heat and water are included. It is a gated community with cameras and k-9 security. Security does pretty good keeping things in check . not a whole lot of riff raff. However u do still have loud music or talking at night from time to time. Security can be contacted for that. The apartments are kept up by the cleaning staff who are actually residents themselves . A nice feature offered is residents can work on the premises to get their rent down . whether it be working security in the clubhouse or housekeeping its a way for residents to help keep up there own residence and help lower their rent at the same time. The facility offers a conveient store playscape basketball court clubhouse and monthly activities for adults and children. They even host fireworks and carnival rides on the premises. Some concerns. Bugs. Unfortunately you will occasionally experience bugs from time to time given that one is living in a high rise. It kinda comes with the territory. Thankfully they are far and few. In five years I have only experienced seven roaches total. And actually its becoming less often now because housekeeping is stepping up and keeping things clean. If residents do their part itd likely be even less. Maintenance does quarterly inspections using hounddogs to check for bed bugs. Some of the office staff are not the most pleasant . but its best to talk with them in person. But for the most part everyone is friendly and maintenance is usually very quick about fixing matters. Also I've never experienced any rodents aside from an occasional skunk or rabbit roaming in the grass area. I say people should see for themselves whether things are true or not rather than listening to hearsay . so the question is is regal towers perfect ? No. Is it a good safe affordable family friendly place to live in? Yes. Are there some things they can work on ? Yes. Does the good outway the bad? In my opinion I say yes. I just say try it out and see for yourselves.
I work nights and am happy I found a place that is pretty quiet during the day. The one bedroom is bigger and more open then others i've lived in.

It is reasonable price comparing other apartment in this area. It will be very hard to find an apartment with this price. 24 Hour Security and Security Cameras 24-hour maintenance guarantee These things is quite important. Everybody wants what they want. If you like reasonable price and safety, choose this one.

Our prices are very competitive, and we often run specials. Security is one of our top priorities. We are a gated community and we have security staff on-site 24/7 as well as security cameras around the community. Our maintenance team always responds quickly, and they appreciate your kind words.
Best apartments ever! The people are friendly, like have they have free movie nights! They have Zumba classes, they have a pool a fitness center and play area for the kids along with a grilling area! Not to mention they have a restaurant and and store and THEY BOTH DELIVER! The people that work in the leasing office couldn't be better! And the maintenance team comes right away! These apartments and no problems with pest or rodents and they also have a 24/7 K-9 unit! So you'll feel very at home as well as safe and secure! I really enjoy living here!

I have lived at Regal Towers for just over 5 years. The location is ideal being right next to 696 and M-10. There is also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment near by. Living in a large building, my biggest concern at move in was being surrounded by noisy neighbors, but I have not had any issues at all. Regal Towers has 24 hour security and plenty of security cameras that give me piece of mind. Obviously no place is perfect, but the few concerns I have had were dealt with immediately. With a friendly and efficient staff, great location and great price, Regal Towers is the place for me!

This place is really good for families. They have a swimming pool, playground and bike ramps. It a comfortable place to live. They always have movie nights going on for kids and adults alike. They have K-9 patrol 24/7 to keep everyone safe. The apartments are nice and maintenance is on call 24/7.

Thank you! Our kitchens are large and even have a breakfast nook. There are options for cut-outs between the kitchen and living room as well for a more open feel.
I just moved in about three weeks ago and I absolutely love it here! Yesterday I took my daughter to a free kids movie night they had in the club house. She loved it and loves that there is a playground here. The staff has been very welcoming. They even called to make sure the move-in went well. Moving here has been a great experience!
I have lived here for over 4 years and am very surprised to see the previous comments. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The minor issues I have had were handled in under 24 hours. I love the location and the fact that they have a gym onsite. The price is great for an apartment alone, but this place has a pool, a clubhouse with free wifi, a convenient store on-site, a play-structure for kids and a basketball court. I highly recommend living here
