The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Reflection Pointe Apartments
Love the staff, but I was late due to a job change . To inform others, there is a $75 late charge that is highlighted first page . Continue going through the pages & pages until you reach a small box with small writing. After the five-day late fee, you will be charged $10 per day. I called the office and was told that I would be charged a $75 late fee nothing extra was stated about $10 a day

Very clean beautiful and quiet surroundings
Nice quiet location secluded yet close to everything
It is home. When my wife and I first came to Reflection Pointe we loved how well kept the property was and loved how nice the landscape was. When we viewed the apartment I was sold almost immediately. I can definitely compare these apartments to my old luxury apartments that I lived at in Orlando, FL. It?s quiet at night and lively during the day. All in all this is by far one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in!
Overall, I have really enjoyed living at Reflection Pointe. There are only 1 or 2 things I have not enjoyed/understood. I don't like that we are forced to pay $45 every month for a TV service that I don't use/ could potential bundle somewhere else and get cheaper. I've also noticed a recent change in the sewer/water bill that has increased rent more than I think it should have (particularly without any warning). Outside of those two bill/money related things, I have loved it here. The people are great, nice apartments, and good community atmosphere.
It?s pretty quiet and conveniently located however property rules are not enforced such as pickings up after pets and garbage disposal.
The property is very clean and friendly. It is in a nice quiet area.
I went on a tour here & it really wasnt what I expected. Its much smaller, the counter tops arent really garnet & its not that nice in person the cost you pay monthly with the rent is ridiculous. We decided to look elsewhere.
The location is right off Lakeland Dr and is easy to get to from I55. There are no grocery stores or dollar stores nearby and to get to them you have much traffic heading east on Lakeland. The rental agreements you sign is the most one sided agreement I've ever seen. You get to sign an agreement saying mold isn't a problem! (Notice the warped floors, walls and ceilings - that is where water got in the apartment.) You pay for each little thing on top of the base rent. Like trash, water, the forced on you and bad cable, pest control, even an electronic statement fee! So ask for an example of a monthly sample bill so you will know the total monthly bill. They will let you sign a short term lease, but at each renewal expect the price to go way up! Better to sign a long term lease. Finally, if you ask them to do something, if it is very small, they will do it. But, if major - forget it. I find 2 of the 3 ladies in the office to be rude. Forget about them answering the phone. Oh, yeah I forgot about all the crime...I'm in health care and work odd hours. It just isn't safe there.
I am so thrilled with my decision to move to Reflection Pointe! The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff responds to requests very quickly. I have plenty of room for all my furniture. There's lots of storage and closet space. The apartment was extremely clean when I moved in. I have a great balcony, too. Be prepared with floor lamps and fans when you move in, since the living room and bedroom don't have ceiling lights/fans. The laundry facilities and pool(s) are also really clean and convenient. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience in Reflection Pointe so far.
