gutter repair Quick and professional. Trey is very capable and nice.

I am still living here so I can't be specific on what has happened to me here but it would take an hour to just list everything. Very cheaply built, I had my bathroom door just fall off the toilet seat and lid have little plastic tubes that keep them attched to the toilet and they constantly are falling off and when you sit on it you just about fall on the floor because it isn't attached Once you move in you realize how cheap they are. People are moving out of here in droves. I have 4 around me that are sitting empty because people can't stand it here and the rent is ridiculously high. When you are up for renew they raise your rent 2 to 3 hundred dollars a month. You can go get a new house to rent much nicer than this place. The cubards are very cheap also, and they come into your place costantaly to do this or tham I have never lived anywhere that comes close to this place.

When we first moved to Iowa we had terrible experiences at two other places within 6 months of living here, we found Redwood and decided to take a risk and are so glad that we did! We love this place!!

I’ve had a gas leak that has been ignored twice now. My gas bill is over 120$ The underground internet was not installed when I moved in for over a month. It cost me about 5500$ in lost wages. I work from home. 3 different refrigerators. A/C didn’t work. Took about a week to fix. I had no hot water. It was warm. I was heating water on the stove and pouring it in the bathtub. Three maintenance visits to fix it. There’s more but it’s a waste of time to write. Rent rates are above area per square foot. They cost me money and wanted to raise my rent at renewal. Called the regional manager, she didn’t return my call.

I submitted a service request and discovered the solution before they arrived. The response to my request was very fast. And very polite when I said I had already fixed the issue.

Kelly has been a fabulous help with this transition… I am in unfamiliar territory and she has helped me- never pressured me- and made this whole process minimally stressful!!! It has been a pleasure and I feel very confident about the decisions I made to get to the point of signing my first lease since 42 years ago- welcome home!!!
