Volo is a small village and suburb about 50 miles northwest of Chicago. Impressive living I moved in May 9 2025 and have already been impressed with all Redwood Volo offers. It’s a clean, quiet and helpful community. The walking opportunities and amenities nearby to shop, eat and drink are so close! I am looking forward to exploring Singing Hills trail and meeting new neighbors. The properly manager Mike is attentive and helpful, too! I love that o have my own space that feels like a single family home without the fuss!

Stepping Stone We were adding on to our house and stayed at Redwood for 8 months. We had great neighbors, a scenic view and treated very well by Mike and Julia. It was a great temporary house.

Redwood Volo We needed a rental place to live with our 2 dogs, after we sold our home and before finding our new home. The ranch living is so wonderful and cozy. We really felt like it was our interim home and not just an apartment. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming with pleasant neighbors and a wonderful staff. Highly recommend

Beautiful community with friendly property manager I stopped in one evening and the property manager was very friendly and accommodating. He showed us several models and explained everything very well. I never felt rushed, or like i was a bother. You can tell he cares about the the community, as he knew everyone's names, and even their pet's names. There are so many floor plan options to choose from in the community. These units are easy to show and come with a nice , open layout.

Beautiful living! Redwood apartments have everything you would want in a home without the maintenance! Mike was our first point of contact and he is amazing! So thorough and professional. Move in could not have gone smoother in our whirlwind of viewing to making our Haydenwood floor plan our own in less than a week. One floor living is where it’s at for our wheelchair bound kiddo- new construction and pet friendly is just lovely cherries on top! Mike B. was so accommodating and knowledgeable.
