Great Maintenance, Poor Move-Out Communication We enjoyed living at Redwood Troy — the neighborhood was great and Casey in maintenance was absolutely awesome, always helpful and quick to respond. Unfortunately, our move-out was frustrating due to poor communication after a management change. Even though we clearly shared our moving plans and followed up by email, important details were still missed. Casey made our stay great, but management needs to improve communication to avoid situations like this.
Thank you! The house is great! And the rooms are so nice design. I think the nice point that is the manager is so kind and smoothly making proceedings. Thank you

Redwood Troy I fell very safe living there after my husband passed. Rent is way to expensive to stay there.

New Home We love our new home. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The maintance is responsive and really professional. I am from columbus and lived in multiple nice dublin apartments, ( the farms, schottestein properties, and so.) But this takes the renting experiance to a new level. Casey and Jessica are always helpful and quick to respond. We are beyond happy and recommend the property to everyone.
