Property Ratings at Redwood Tree Apartments
I've lived in one of the one-bedroom apartments for almost a year, and highly recommend the place. The apartments are nice, and the management is very receptive--all maintenance requests have been fulfilled promptly, and Kaveh, the apartment manager is easy to reach and quick to respond. My only criticism would be that the kitchens are rather small, and don't come with (or really have space for) a dishwasher and microwave. Otherwise, the rest of the apartment is surprisingly spacious, and the outside patio is similarly large, with room for a garden, and nice looking.
I've been happily living here for 4.5 years. Quiet and close to the downtown. Highly recommended for students and professionals. The apartment manager, Kaveh, is fair, responsive, and responsible in fixing issues addressed by tenants.
It is comfortable,quiet,clean and well-maintained. The manager is friendly,efficient and very effective. As a 16-year-long resident, I highly recommend the Redwood Tree Apartments.
Me and my partner moved here recently and we have been extremely happy with our decision to move here. The apartment is super clean, well lit, and quiet. You can tell the property manager really cares about the property and he makes sure the residents having everything they need. The only draw back I would say is the laundry facility- it could use an update (but that’s just my preference) other than that I highly recommend Redwood Tree.
The complex is quiet, clean and well-maintained. The manager is friendly,efficient, and very attentive. As a 16 year resident,I highly recommend it.
Redwood Tree Apts is a quiet and well-maintained small complex. Throughout multiple years of living here, management has been responsive and courteous with all of our requests, and they have made on-going improvements throughout the property. There aren't many frills in each apartment, but the price and location compensate.
RTA is a lovely apartment complex. Kaveh, the complex manager is super responsive and accessible. The grounds are well kept and quiet. My 1b1b apartment is very spacious and is more than enough space for 2 people to live comfortably. Due to the pandemic, it is so convenient that the apartment has built in desk areas to make working/studying from home easier! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a new home!
