Smooth and easy move-in! My husband and I just relocated from Ohio to South Carolina. With the stress of a big move, we knew that we needed to find an apartment complex that would make the process as easy as possible. We definitely found that with Redwood! Nick was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions prior to signing a lease, and we had zero issues on move-in day. The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean, and will be the perfect place for us to begin our new chapter. I highly recommend Redwood and the Neely Ferry location!

Apartment Homes First of all Nick in the rental office is the best! Second the maintenance staff is on top of things! We picked Redwood because they aren’t your typical apartments. They actually look like regular homes or duplexes. There is nobody above you or under you. The garage is attached to the unit and comes with the unit at no additional fee. The complex is like a neighborhood or subdivision. We felt like we were home there. We definitely recommend Redwood Apartments and specifically the Redwood Simpsonville/ Neely Ferry Rd.

We contacted the emergency maintenance phone number and Scott came to our rescue within minutes. He was able to determine the problem in no time. Not only did he fix the issue but he came back the next day to make sure there were no issues. Thank you Scott!

Worst place ever. One would think that these new units would be great - one level, garage, and spacious - Nope. We had a water leak in the garage when it rained for about 4 months before they "fixed it". It still leaks a little. Many of our things got wet in the garage - let me assure you - they do not care. We had a toilet leak in the guest bathroom for about 4-5 months and was only fixed after they broke down and called a plumber. Let me assure you - they do not care that we could not have people use that restroom. There has been a water leak on our street since we moved in, and I don't mean a small leak, but I guess they don't know how to fix that either. People just let their dogs defecate all over the place and do not pick it up, neither do the lawn maintenance people. The lawn maintenance folks don't always cut all of the grass even though it needs it, and they don't always blow off the sidewalks and driveways even though that should be expected. They NEVER spray for bugs so I am sure that I will have to thoroughly clean every box I bring into our new home. Beware of the $500 month to month fee they tack on should you need to rent an extra month which is pretty ridiculous. Management of this property is terrible - I suggest stay away. Although it may be tempting to rent because of the one level and garage - you are way better off renting cheaper somewhere else and getting a storage unit. I would/will never stay in a property owned by these people again.
