Comfortable One story living We were very happy with most aspects of the community especially the most recent management team, However, we were disappointed that the list of posted rules such as no skateboards, bikes, etc. should be adhered to. Also dogs should be leashed at all times and picked up after. There were several dogs on the restricted list that were allowed to remain in the community. The safety of all residents should be considered! The size and number of dogs per unit should also be restricted. Two very large dogs or three small dogs is just too many. Residents should pay a fee for each dog/pet. We noted mold and mildew this year on the exterior of some buildings, as well as on the white railings of the steps to the common area which detracts from the neighborhood's appearance. We did give you 4 four stars, so you know we were very content for the most part. Thank you!

Response to leaking door and loose flooring was immediate. Troy is always very responsive and helpful. Flooring has been repaired but we’re still waiting for storm door to be installed. We still have water leaking in when it rains and we have to soak it up with a towel to keep it from lifting the flooring again. How long can it take for storm door to come in?

The customer service very poor. Our unit has so much landscape erosion, no grass anywhere. The carpets installed are terrible and buckled, stretched, not replaced before we moved in. We requested paint ourselves to make unit liveable. And now the added construction to the property making it sidewalk friendly to disabled people has been so unprofessional and desruptive, we are looking to move. Our unit isn't handicap accessible even. Thousands of dollars spent on a sidewalk only increases our rent What a terrible experience. We are use to living in more higher-end professional living.
Extremely disappointed with the lease we renewed with Lauren. We specifically asked for a lease that they agreed to, or so we thought. The lease was drafted up and we signed, not double checking they actually wrote up what we agreed to. Fast forward a couple months, because of our job change we have to move and we find out that our breakage fees are literally THOUSANDS of dollars! Like triple times what our rent is. This is not even financially feasible for us and this place is not even close to “Luxury” justifying charging these types of fees. Lauren knew EXACTLY what we were asking for and we even spoke to Crystal about working out a specific lease since we are a corner unit being totally inconvenienced by all the construction going on. Lauren very much intentionally misled us and I am appalled that she would even have the nerve to make it sound like she’s justified in what she did. The cherry on top of all of this is we only renewed because we didn’t want the hassle of another rental without knowing fully what our work was going to require in the new year and we were under the impression they were willing to work us if we stayed. As for the units themselves, get ready for INSANLEY HIGH heating and cooling costs!!! I’m pretty sure the insulation is the cheapest legal grade. They washed the outside of the unit this fall and you could smell bleach so strong in our unit that we had to leave for the day! If you stand in front of our front door you can feel an actual breeze blow through our house and we’ve had water in our entry way several times after it’s rained We have lived with neighbors cars being broken into (without management ever notifying residents), loud music at night, horrid traffic all hours of the night, nails in our tires from the construction, dog droppings in our “yard”, being woken up SEVERAL times by cement trucks and construction work starting as early as 4am in the middle of the week, dogs running off the leash, trash in our yard and even construction workers vehicles parked on our lawn and partically blocking our driveway. For several months we had two porta potties right outside our front door and that $100 “end unit” fee we pay for a side window has been a total joke! You look out our side window to a massive construction zone with mud, trash, toilets and vehicals from construction workers. They have definitely been renting out the interior units at cheaper prices and we have noticed the neighborhood has started to decline.
Don't let the pretty unit fool you. We were informed to breach our lease by the agent for this property. After the we moved out we received short pay for our deposit because apparently our little dog isn't the princess she portrays. There was no communication, even though we had reached out to the agent, of the short pay. After a conversation with the agents manager, in which she admitted to her agents breach, the company stood firm the fee was still theirs. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! And realize section 35 absolves them of accountability to their agents wrong doing. As the agents manager stated, she worked on her own accord still, working for but not representing the when she makes bad decisions. At this point thinking of legal action towards the agent It is the whole principal.
