Spacious with thought out storage :) I took a self guided tour, which was super easy to sign up for and to get inside. The finishes inside were lovely and new, and the info signs spread around were great at communicating amenities, especially washer/dryer rentals. I was pleased to see that the water heater was made locally in west MI! The floor plan graphics really dont do the space justice with the high ceilings.

Feels like a home Redwood feels like a neighborhood not an apartment complex. Pulling into the garage feels like living in a house. Very spacious once inside with high ceilings, big bedrooms, full kitchen with a walk-in pantry, all new appliances, full size washer and dryer, quiet neighborhood, exceptional inside and out.

Nice! Love our new apartment. No stairs, no one above or below you. 2 car attached garage. They have 2 bed 1 bath or 2 bed 2 bath- SO nice to finally have a second bathroom!!!

Disappointed in master bed shower curtain height. Can’t take shower in there til we get an 84” shower curtain, too tall for regular shower curtain. which are not in stores. Amazon

While Redwood maintenance was awesome and very responsive, it's disappointing that the dryer isn't working properly upon set up by the rental company and the wait is so long for resolution.
