Separated from Downtown Toledo by the Maumee River and bordering Lake Erie, Oregon is a picturesque suburb with terrific water views and beautiful parks. Pearson Metropark, located in the heart of Oregon, covers 624 acres and protects what's left of the Great Black Swamp, a forest that once covered most of Northwest Ohio. The park also features fishing areas, a playground, ball fields, tennis courts, and areas for ice skating and sledding. The historic Johlin Cabin, a cabin built in the 1800s, is also located in the park. On Lake Erie, Maumee Bay State Park covers 1,336 acres and provides a lodge, cottages, a golf course, and a beach. Activities in the park include camping, boating fishing, golfing, swimming, hiking, and biking.

Excellent place to call home. My husband and I lived in Redwood Apartments in Oregon, Ohio for 13 Months and don’t have one complaint. Preston the manager is awesome! They also have the best maintenance guys around. Very helpful and accommodating. If I’m ever in need of renting again I know where I’ll return to.

Very happy with living here. I feel safe and it’s very comfortable and quiet. The office staff always returns my phone calls and so does the maintenance workers. I have not had any issues here and I really enjoy the apartment I live in and my neighbors

I have lived at this property for 2 1/2 years and I am about to sign a new contract for two more years. It is an wonderful place to live! The location is awesome and across from Pearson Park with a wonderful view of nature! The maintenance is superb and any requests I have had in the past are responded to quickly. Very friendly and awesome staff to work with. The apartments are very quiet (I rarely hear anything from my neighbors)! Redwood continues to upgrade the property. COME SEE FOR YOURSELF.......YOU WILL LOVE IT!
