Lease signing was a breeze!! Having worked in the multifamily business for more than 40 years, I have to say that signing a lease with Redwood was super easy. The entire process was completed in the rental office online, without having to shuffle through volumes of paper. Jonie, the Multisite Leasing Professional was amazing! She walked me through the process including setting up my online payment portal. During my "lease signing" I also met Annie, the Neighborhood Manager and Jonie introduced me to Lou, the property's service manager. The entire team was very welcoming!! Even though we'd walked through the apartment just a few days earlier, Jonie took the time to walk me through my new home again to ensure that I was happy with it and she set up delivery of a washer and dryer for me! Totally seemless!! I'm selling my home and downsizing considerably and after a lifetime of home ownership, the idea of moving into an apartment has been somewhat stressful. But, Jonie has made the entire process very easy for me, which has been a real blessing!!

We feel fortunate to have found luxury single-story apartment living tucked away in a wonderful neighborhood in Macedonia. The homes are new, pet-friendly, convenient to shopping and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic Twinsburg. Absolutely beautiful! Love this place!
Love this apartment. if you are looking for a one floor apartment with an attached two car garage and it's own private entrance, then this is the one for you. Built in 2015 in a great area close to stores and entertainment. My husband and I both love the open concept design. The Enclave is different than any other apartment complex we've seen.
