While it wasn't actually settled until 1834, Louisville is known as the "Constitution Town." It earned the moniker during the 1950s, when resident Olga T. Weber petitioned city officials to enact a Constitution Day. The day was established, and she later asked the US Senate to designate a Constitution Week. In 1957, in recognition of her efforts, the town was declared "Constitution Town." Louisville is located about six miles northeast of Canton and 28 miles southeast of Akron.
Louisville's old-fashioned, Midwestern charm makes this city a true gem. Its downtown historic district is pedestrian-friendly with wide sidewalks and period light fixtures. Residents enjoy a variety of shops, art galleries, and restaurants along Main Street. Parks include the large Mary C. Metzger Park, an 88-acre park with a playground, ball fields, picnic areas, and walking and jogging paths. Constitution Park provides a fishing pond, a playground, picnic pavilions, and a walking path.

Good experience We lived in the Redwood Louisville for 3 years and overall experience was good. Maintenance was always on time and did a good job. Office ladies were always energetic and happy to assist. Only complaint was the rent price (which I understand Louisville cannot control)

Great Experience overall. My mom lives at Redwood in Louisville anytime she has a issue with anything in her home the staff is prompt and courteous to come out and fix it asap. They really go above and beyond here would recommend to anyone looking or a safe and beautiful home.
This place is overpriced. There is a lot of hidden charges. When you sign the lease, they tell you that you responsible for the rent, electricity, and gas. But the first month the hidden charges struck. Expect to pay each month: Rent Electricity Gas Water Waterwaste Trash Waterstorm Administration fees Also, the only way to pay your rent is through their website and they only add these extra charges one day before the payment due date. If you paid before that, you will pay $150 late payment fees. The manager is so rude too.
