Friendly, easy, detailed The office team is so friendly and really worked with our schedule for move in. The move in process was a breeze. Redwood is so detailed with their move in check list, providing the emergency numbers and important information, and even a thoughtful gift.

Great Apartment We really enjoy our new wooded setting with our spectacular sunroom. The many windows make our days much more enjoyable. The layout is superb. We look forward to living here for a very long time.

Redwood is like home I can’t say enough “good” about Redwood. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. In 1.5 years, I never had a problem. Office staff is great and Tom, (the maintenance man) is awesome. My husband was ill and passed away in October, 2024. Management kept in touch along with Tom, to make sure all was okay with me. They don’t know how much I appreciated knowing they were only a phone call away. Moving day came and I have to say, I felt sad leaving the place that I considered home. I will miss my neighbors, the deer and the hummingbirds when good weather gets here. Thank you all, so very, very much!!

Great looking place just wish i was touring an actual apartment and not the staged leasing office. Not being able to get into the guest room and look at the closet because it was a locked office was inconvenient. Great looking area and neighborhood

Very friendly staff. The units are nice, but the pricing isnt clear until you go online to lease. Prices change depending on the length of your lease. Higher than advertised online.

Excellent Experience I had a great experience during move in. It was seamless. and the move-in packet was impressive with lots of details to explain useful tips and safety measures within the home. Danni was extremely patient with me as I changed my mind a couple of times about a few items and the exact apartment. I normally don't write reviews until after I have left an apartment complex, but felt the need to do so now for Redwood. I have only been here for a few days and the most impressive thing to me is the lack of noise. All the other apartments I've lived in (to many to count) I could hear the use of facilities, washing machines, talking, front doors slamming shut, etc.... HERE: NOTHING! no doors, no talking, no use of facilities. I'm impressed, as I rack that up to the apartment/building layout and construction. I'm glad I made the move to Redwood... should have done this a while ago.

Exceeds Expectations The apartments are sleek, modern, and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, close to amenities, and has wonderful views of Broad Run park. Danielle was terrific throughout the tour, application, leasing, and move-in process and made the entire experience enjoyable and easy. We have only been here a few days, but love the place so far and highly recommend it!

Move in My process was easy to apply and the move in process was even easier. I am enjoying my new home.

Move into Redwood Danielle is an absolute gem. She was very thorough and considerate. She left me welcomes gifts and is having the stained carpet replaced in primary bedroom. A couple of issues: a neighbor was letting his large dogs off leash and poop right outside my patio. Not cool. The prior renters left two car panels from car doors and trash furniture on the patio. Other than these few items it is great and I really like it here. Need to change name from apartments to garden homes.

Love Redwood I had a great experience with Dani at Redwood, from the tour to signing my documents. The entire process was easy and I am looking forward to my beautiful new home.

Great Place to Live We enjoyed our spacious townhome. Maintenance was quick to resolve work orders and the new neighborhood manager was fantastic! Would recommend to others looking for a place, especially in such a great location.

Living at Redwood was a great experience. It was a wonderful place to call home. We would have loved to stay a fe we more years but the raise in the monthly rent was more than we could handle. Yes they were nice but you can only spend so much on rent.

Timely and efficient.

DO NOT LIVE HERE I needed a place to rent to cover a gap between selling my house in NJ and buying a home in KY.. So I entered into a 6 month lease here. On move in day, our master shower did not work.. absolutely 0 water pressure. Sent a maintenance request. After 13 days of not getting a response from Redwood, I finally contacted the property manager, Brooke and advised her I would not be paying rent until the issue was resolved. Miraculously enough, the repair was made later that day. Can't forget the pack of cigarettes the builders left behind for me in the closet. That was a nice touch also. Also on move in day I completed a "pre move in" inspection and made note of the numerous pencil marks all over my walls left from the builders. Do you think there was ANY attempt to rectify this issue? Not one. 3 months later and I still live in a "new construction" apartment with pencil marks on the wall in every room. The "neighborhood" has streets which are full of potholes, breaks in the concrete, ditches among other things. Prepare to go on a spirited drive coming in and out of the complex in an effort to protect your car. 3 weeks after moving in I received a notice from Redwood, aka the "pet friendly" neighborhood that my dogs were being too loud and that if I couldn't get my dogs under control they would evict me. Shortly after that it was discovered my ice maker in my refrigerator did not work. So I again submitted a maintenance request. This request took 10 days to fix, and again only came once I threatened to stop paying the rent. I was then invited to leave a review for Redwood via email. I left a 1 star review and was sent a follow up email asking for me to contact them to discuss further. When I called, I left a voicemail and was never called back. Communication is a huge thing Redwood struggles with. Finally, I received notice last week to advise Redwood if I would be renewing my lease or not. I sent an email to Brooke the "property manager" and inquired if it would actually be possible to end my lease 20 days early as I'd be closing on my house in May and did not want to double pay on my new mortgage and rent in July when I can obviously only live in one place at a time. I was told no, and that the only option I had was to return my keys July 1st instead of July 20th and I'd receive a refund on my pet rent, my trash collection and my utilities. Good enough to evict, not good enough to let go 20 days early. Because then they wouldn't get paid

I never seen a single apartment that looks like a home if it had a acreage I would want to but it for keeps.
