Wonderful Community but raised rates too often The community was quiet and enjoyable with walking trails close. The office and maintenance staff were wonderful, always attentive and pleasant. I would have stayed if the corporate group didn't raise rates so often. There were similar yet newer Condos very close that are 20 percent less. Too bad that the price gouging drives away people from renewing.

There are several Redwood locations we were considering but I’ll admit that the reason I selected Hudson is due to Jonie. She had every answer to every question. (I’m still waiting on others to call me back!). She accommodated a same day visit and was so patient and efficient in the entire process. Moving out of state is so stressful and if your processes are as amazing as the person you have taking care of your residents, you guys are top notch in my book! Excellent service was provided by Redwood Maintenance Team. Phillips called me on the phone to check if there was any leaking. I confirmed there was no leaking, just the toilet flush wouldn't stop running water inside the tank. I gave permission to enter my apartment as I was away for the entire day. He fixed everything very quickly. When I came back home everything was working perfectly. Thank you, Phillips. Thank you Redwood Maintenance.

My wife and I have lived here since 2019. In 2019 when we moved in there were over 20 street lights out. Now, over a year later there are 50 street lights out. We pay a lot of rent and while the place is nice, we think this is ridiculous. They sent an e-mail like a month ago saying they needed to assess the issue and do an audit. I can do an audit and it took my 3 minutes driving the property. What they need to do is get off their behind and replace the light bulbs that are out. We no longer feel safe here.
