Fabulous Experience Absolutely loved that the virtual tour was so easy and seamless! The property was wonderful and the unit was a great! Well laid out and attention to detail has gone into all the right spaces. Highly recommend touring if you are looking for house like apartment living.

Great customer service! Sara has been helping us and has been so amazing - answered all of our questions with ease and great detail. The transition has been so smooth and we have received everything that we need in a timely manner and have felt very welcomed and comfortable the whole time!

GOOD, BUT....... Day of move in, we tried to link our bank account to make the required move-in payments and set up future auto pays from our bank and our nationally popular bank was not supported. Not that big of a deal as there is a manual way to go about it but the manual way takes a couple of business days. POINT: Recognize the barrier this is to Move In and notify residents days in advance to supported banks....not minutes in advance. Seems like an easy fix that should've been done already. When we told them we are with PNC they knew right away that PNC wasn't supported. Great! Tell us 2-3 days in advance so we're ready on move-in day vs. using a credit card and paying service fees. On the good side, Tommy walked us through, explained everything, and was very helpful. The apartment is in great condition (new build) and was ready to enjoy on Day 1.

Redwood Hartland as a retired man, i visited Redwood in Hartland to look at the project. Tom and Sara did a wonderful job showing me the apartment and answering my questions. The positives are, close to golf , shopping, ice skating, movies, restaurants, airports (FNT), and my church. The negatives are, well, um, let me think....

Great staff! Sara the property manager was very helpful in touring the properties. My retired father sold his home and my siblings and I are very impressed with the staff and the quality of the units. We feel very confident that he will fell at home. Very close to many ameneties and family for him.

Great move in experience Visited multiple apartments. Redwood Hartland made me feel the most welcomed. And their love of pets is a must for me. No ridiculous up charges every month. It’s brand new and spacious. Very peaceful, too. Worked with Sara in the leasing office and she was always friendly and quick to respond.
