Great apartment It was really great to move into my forrestwood apartment. I was very impressed with the quality of the appliances. The apartment was cleaned. I am excited to live here. One thing that I did wish is that there was a separation door between the bathroom and the closet. But otherwise I’m very excited to be part of this community.

Friendly & Timely maintenance Great place and people in the area! Friendly office people, can always be reached by email. They are rarely in the office, without appointment. Great place! Besides, a little pricey, in comparison to others around.

Comfortable and Easy I lived at Redwood Ashburton for about 8 months and it was great. I had no issues, and the small things I did have to reach out for, were responded to immediately. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and comfortable. I would definitely recommend or consider living at Redwood again one day. I only moved to downsize since I travel for work so much and am rarely home.

Just Ask for Nick I had an outstanding experience with Nick! From the very beginning, he was phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Finding the right place took me some time, but he made the entire process so easy. He kept me updated on availability, answered all my questions, and provided all the information I needed to make the best decision. His communication skills are top-notch, and his personality is simply the best. This is by far the best leasing experience I’ve had since living in apartments, and thanks to him, this place truly feels like my little home. Would Definitely Move In Again! From the moment we entered the sales office, we were greeted by Quana, a bright & extremely helpful young women. Always patient, kind and quickly responded to any of our requests. The apartment itself, was perfect for our current needs, which were temporary. They granted us a 6 month lease and I actually like the layout better than my new home! The young men of the maintenance department, especially Wilson, always went above & beyond to assist us with any problems we had with the apartment. They were responsive, personable and pleasant in every encounter. Hats off to them! When it is time for us to downsize to an apartment,we will definitely contact Redwood.

Excellent Customer Service! We are transitioning from our current home to a custom built one. We needed to find a 6 month lease that ticked all our boxes and Redwood was the only one that offer the single level, 2 ca garage duplex option. From the moment we entered the office, Quanna was and has been consistently professional, helpful and most of all patient. We are retired folks with marginal electronic computer skill. Quanna answered all of our questions, gently guided us through the process and did it all with a smile. We only moved in 3 days ago, but the follow-up has been amazing thus far. Every team member we encounter on site always waves with a smile. They honestly look like they enjoy working here and are truly happy to see you. If we ever decide to truly downsize to apartment living for the long term, this is where we will move back to live. Thank you ALL for your support, kindness and professional demeanor.
