Watch out for dog dirt! Redwood Abner Creek was a wonderful place to live-right up to the time the built the additional homes. A different sort of people started moving in and the serene atmosphere was ruined. Cars were parked where they shouldnt have been, trash was visible, dog owners did not pick up after there dogs and cars went over the speed limit and played their music too loudly. People didn’t respect private space…I could go in. It was a shame to see the complex deteriorate like it did.

Loved my time at redwood I enjoyed my time at redwood! My only complaint is that I wish there was a neighborhood pool for the summer. Other than that, loved every minute.

Maintenance staff is the magic at Redwood Justin is the main maintenance person at Redwood Greer, SC. He is by far the best amenity these Redwood communities have in the competitive rental market in Greenville, SC. I have never experienced his kind of care and commitment to residents of a complex. He is kind, loyal, hard-working, and committed to the residents’ wellbeing and satisfaction. I have never found him to be anything but 100% competent and willing to serve the residents in any way possible. Redwood Greer is the wonderful community it is because of him. The property manager, Brittany, and her staff are committed to addressing the needs of residents. The end result is that residents feel cared for and secure living in the Redwood community. Thank you to these fine employees. They make the difference that keeps many residents here for life.

Floors Everything went smooth with retrieving the key out of the lock box. It was nice that toilet paper, soap, paper towels, documents including welcome package, garage door openers and keys were all left on the counter. I was a little disappointed how dirty the floors were when I arrived my feet were almost black and the closet racks could of been wiped down otherwise everything else was perfect thank you

The good is it’s a quiet neighborhood and pretty peaceful. The Bad is the HVAC system is too powerful for such a small space. During the winter, the heat absolutely sucks ALL the moisture out of the air and it’s like a dessert inside. Dry skin, eyes the whole 9. The UGLY ARE BUGS. It’s true. Around MAY - September (ish) , tons of millipedes enter your home. And when I say tons, I mean at LEAST 10 per night, sometimes more. They do copious amounts of watering of the small bushes and stuff in front of the apartment doors each night which attracts a ridiculous amount of millipedes to my apartment . Since from what I’ve seen in my own and other apartments, the construction of the units seems to have a lot of gaps making it easy for bugs to get in. I’m not the only unit with this issue. Now, as for centipedes, yea they come too. Not as much as the millipedes but they come. Expect a near daily centipede finding in either your garage (mostly) or just strolling in the apartment. Perhaps 1 or 2 every 2-3 weeks inside. Since the carpets are the color of a tan and brown it’s sometimes impossible to see them once they take off which makes it hard to spray them which makes me sleep with one eye open at night. Sure, pest control comes, but thus far it hasn’t stopped the bugs from entering in. There you have it. Winter, my eyes are like sand lots, and summer I spend time catching millipedes and hunting centipedes when they get in. Cannot wait to leave.
