Redwood at Arlington St. Mindy has been a wonderful person to manage all the complicated steps Mindy has been a wonderful contact person from day one. Not only she has helped my mother, the actual resident, but she has also been a great help to me and my husband as we navigate the complicated decisions and re-location efforts necessary for an elderly person. It has been a pleasure having my mother in such a small but friendly community of residents.

Redwoods of North Canton Redwoods is a beautiful clean and spacious place to live with lots of things to do in the area.

Gorgeous grounds. Fast Service when needed I really enjoyed living at Redwood. Mindy and Jack are amazing at the Uniontown location anytime we needed anything they went above and beyond helping us ! The apartments are very clean. The grounds are very clean and maintained daily. They’re very generous with letting you hang things in your apartment so it looks like a home. I will say the apartments are dark. There’s very little light that gets into the apartment. We only lived there a year however I will say that had we signed another years lease, the rent went up $200 per month in just a years time. I worry about someone who takes the time to move in and then can’t afford it the following year because the monthly cost jump was so significant cost.

Front Door lock repair Tom, from N. Canton, was prompt, responding the morning after request posted, as the front door lock would not unlock. He was friendly and personable and fixed the lock. Redwood Green maintenance has done great responding to all requests. I greatly appreciate them and Mindy or Heather always seem to respond too!

Wonderful experience for my temporary housing that extended into 4 years! Felt like family. Mindy truly has been a gem. Jack from maintenance was always very prompt whenever I needed a minor repair or, to borrow a tool. Bittersweet endings for me.

I had the pleasure of living at Redwood Green for almost 4 years. I moved here from Florida in 2020 during the hight of the pandemic and wasn't sure what the future held for me. I was able to have a cozy place to setttled into at Redwood I chose to stay st Redwood as everyone felt like family. Walking our dogs together and making new friends. I will miss the relationships atRedwood but need to purchase a property of my own due to rising rent and the ecomony. Jack and Mindy have been wonderful and I am going to miss them too.

Our icemaker in the refrigerator was "knocking" off and on all day long for a long time, but still worked fine. It eventually started leaking somehow and the ice cubes in the holding bin would freeze together in huge piles, so I put in a maintenance work order and the maintenance guy, Jack, came and replaced the unit within just a few days time. Really great maintenance service here at Redwood Green....
