Great Community but Pricey We really enjoyed living at Redwood. My husband and I brought home our first baby to Redwood. It is very family friendly, quiet, and safe. The only issue is the expensive rent (which is pretty much everywhere at this point). If we hadn’t bought our current house, we definitely would have resigned!

Nice people but pricey Liked the staff and the places are nice; however they are a bit pricey without amenities like a pool or tennis courts, and without washer/dryer. (You must purchase your own.)

Very easy living No issues with communication Got help when needed Walls are quiet Love having my pets My particular apartment seemed to grow a lot of mold in the bathrooms- toilets would start showing g black lines in usder a week of being cleaned Appliances provided were old and did. It have all the shelves (freezer had zero and fridge was missing one) I would rent again

Redwood Redwood was a great community for my uncle. He lived in a 2 bedroom unit. Maintenance was always timely and polite. The people in the rental office were helpful and kind.

Your maintenance person was very friendly and professional, he changed the light in the kitchen and I mentioned to him the one above the dryer had been flickering since I moved in and he changed that one also.

Nate, John and Billy came in for my 6 service requests. They were here 1.5 hrs and got it done. They were attentive and professional. I put in tge request on a Wednesday they called me on Thursday to schedule and wrre here Friday morning. The maintenance timeliness and ability to get things done right is one of the many reasons we love Redwood!!!

We LOVE living at PlumCreek by Redwood. The entire staff is wonderful, we especially appreciate Dave our maintenance tech. Dave is always friendly and very professional, he does great work. We know we can always count on Dave to correct any problems we might encounter. Norm and Pat Bickel
The best part about this complex is the location. It's out of the way of the center of town but still close enough to the highway and shopping centers. The layout and style of the apartment is very nice and spacious. My only complaint is in the details of the construction and finishing. The paint and trim around the flooring and doors are sloppy and many fixtures such as the toilet paper holder and silverware drawer are not completely functional.
