Beautiful We had a wonderful experience dealing with Roman, he was so helpful and patient working with us, he was always available and helped us with all the paperwork and setting things up. Living at Redwood We lived at Redwood for five years and loved it there. The management was great and the maintenance especially Rudy but he left about a year ago. Our neighbors were all super nice and friendly. I would recommend Redwood Altoona as it is a nice place to live. The only reason we moved was for health reasons.

Great Transitional Living Redwood was great for transitioning into a home but maintenance could be hard to get a hold of and sometimes communication with the office was a struggle. The units feel like their own and like a home.

Expensive, but very nice. The rent was a little high and had several add on monthly expenses. However, the staff was nice, the location was convenient and the place was updated.

They responded the same day. Was the new maintenance person, sorry. I can't remember her name. She was awesome, she tested the oven and it worked. We haven't used it in awhile, but the last time we used it, i was baking porkchops and after an hour I had to moved them to the toaster oven. Of course it appears to work now. So, we will try it again. She said if it still isn't working she'll be back. She was very nice and professional.

The location is perfect; close to stores, eateries & entertainment. The attached garage makes carrying groceries in a snap and the large pantry is really nice. We have been living here for almost a year and it was the right choice for us. We love the living space and not having to do any outside maintenance. Because of health issues, we needed to be on one floor and not do any shoveling or mowing. Its been great! Especially with the big snow storm tis winter....not having to shovel was a blessing. We've met many nice neighbors as well as a friendly, helpful staff. We made the right choice!

I love living here at redwood. The management is super kind and the place is clean and always kept up, and i love that they do the dog DNA it makes for a cleaner place around here opossed to other places .Maintenance is friendly and they do their job. The apartments are just like having your own town home. They are very spacious and have an open layout, which I appreciate. Maintenance is very fast and friendly and the gal in the office has been very attentive and nice. Everyone here has been very easy to work with and go above and beyond to be helpful. The two car attached garage is one of my favorite features. I have really enjoyed living here for the past three months.
