Home So far i love my new place, it has only been 4 days but i feel like i am finally in a place i can call Home.

Great place to live The best thing about living at Redwzood was the Maintinance department. They respond quickly to repaiir request and shovel the sidewalks in winter.

Move in on up!!! I lived in a studio to save money for a long time but I now feel so much free'er to be able to move around and not feel so cluttered. Much happier in my new 1 bedroom. I want to thank Joni, Tae and all the maintenance guys who assisted my smooth transition.

Excellent service Everybody was great to me. Joni was friendly and professional. Tae's a great hire, and the maint. Guys were quick to help.

Enjoyed living at Redwood We loved living at Redwood Akron but had to move due to continual rent increases. Would have been our permanent home if it had just remained affordable.

Craig responded quickly and fixed my issue. Left note telling me what he'd done and what was being done about second request for service. Maintenance techs here at Redwood are the best!!

I can’t tell you how amazing and helpful the staff at the Redwood in Akron are 20/10. The website on the other hand, 1/10. I needs updated and the system glitches all the time when I filled out my application.

Whenever I have an issue I get a response right away and issues are addressed. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate the staff.

I enjoyed Redwood the area was quite and the up keep was well. I enjoyed living right outside the nature Trails the most and a nice walk into the valley I would recommend.

They squeeze every penny out of you upon move out. They charged me for updates they chose to make (finally, after I moved out); Cleaning fees, even after I had a professional come to deep clean the entire apartment for me as I did not want any charges! The property manager made promises she apparently had no authority to (told me they would wave the early termination of lease fee if I was out by the end of the month because she had a new tenant ready to move in) and then billed me without notification and sent me to collections for over $4000 when I was told my account was Paid in Full. Absolutely Horrendous Company!

I have three suggestions for people from all around the world: Be careful about your pocket. Asking 500$ to be in the waiting list is their trick to get you into their game! Read every paper that they give you to sign three times, especially the rent price. It is fluctuating several times before getting the apartment for no reason! They are refusing to show you the unit before your moving in day. Insist on viewing the apartment!

These apartments are situated right next outside of cuyahoha falls and the valley. There is a metro park right next door, a major plus if you have dogs. The apartments are on the smaller side, but very cozy with a vaulted ceiling in the living room. The appliances are older, but work well. Any maintenance issues we have experienced were taken care of swiftly and correctly. The management is really great, they are always friendly and helpful. The best part is now animal friendly they are!! This is a quiet, unique apartment complex.
