Property Ratings at Redbud Ranch
My fiancé and I have lived here for almost two years, and overall it’s been a great experience. The building is new construction in the heart of New BA, so while small issues or occasional repairs do come up as they do in any apartment complex they’re usually handled smoothly. The property is very clean, and most residents genuinely take pride in keeping it that way. The location is excellent and the community is generally peaceful. You’ll find a mix of families, young adults, and retirees, so it’s normal to see kids around since the area sits right in the middle of a suburb.
I have lived here for over two years and I can truly say this was by far my favorite place to rent from. If I ever move from a house again in the future I know where to look. The staff has been super helpful and made my renting process as smooth as it possibly could've been as well as my transition to my new house. The community is so welcoming and the neighbors have been wonderful, I'm truly sad to go! God bless you guys and Thank you for all that you did.

Me and my wife lived here for two years along with a dog and a cat. The maintenance team was great, and the front office staff was alright. While the neighborhood itself was decently clean depending on the area you lived, the worst part is how much they will charge you when you move out. I've lived in multiple apartments, and have always left them reasonably clean, and so did we with this one. They charged us for every little thing possible. When you sign the agreement upon moving in, notice everything they will charge you for, because they will. We vacuumed and cleaned counters, but it doesn't matter. We got charged over a $1000 dollars. Just be ready to pay that much when you move out. We had friends who also lived here, and they went through the same experience.
