Red Rock Ridge Student Housing

My daughter had to sell her lease because she was moving on Jan. 1, 2019. The girl who took over her lease insisted on moving in the week before Christmas. My daughter asked the office a week in advance if she would be able to stay there for four days before she moved out and they told me her she could. The girl taking over her lease wasn’t even moving into her same apartment so her room would be empty. When the day came to sign over her lease they said she had 24 hours to be out. Mind you this was on December 18. She had to pack everything she had in garbage bags and find a hotel room for four days. We live 8 hours away so it’s not like she could just come home. She has a job there. When I called Morgan, the ‘manager’, she said she would call corporate and “look into it” for me. She never returned my call and when I called her back the next day she said “they were busy because it’s the holidays.” Isn’t that her job? To take care of customers? If it were you I would not let my child live here for the fact that they are so inconsiderate. The rent was paid for December and she told my daughter she couldn’t get a refund of that for another week or so so I had to find her a hotel room during the busiest time of year when there were few rooms available. Horrible customer service and management there.

Red rock is one of the most affordable apartments in Saint George. It’s great off campus student housing. You get your own room and the apartment is large and spacious. Management are super friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. It’s not too far from campus or grocery stores. High recommend!!

Went to look at this place today and it is an incredible place with spacious living room and kitchen and super clean too amenities include laundry a heated pool that is open year round the clubhouse has tons of couches for hanging out with friends and watching TV and also napping both in the main area and in the studying rooms. There are also billiards, Foosball, ping pong and air hockey. But the staff is what really makes it super nice and knowledgeable if you ever need anything they'll get you taken care of.

I currently live at Red Rock Ridge student housing and enjoy everything about these apartments. Management is friendly and helpful and they are always doing things to try and improve our experience while staying here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and I love having a home away from home. Morgan and Kyla do an amazing job.

I love living at red rock. The management is amazing, the grounds are kept clean, the apartments are big. I'm glad I chose to live at red rock.

I have lived here for over 2 years. I’ve met some amazing friends here. A great place to live during school! I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else for my college life. The office is always doing its best to help with any issues and throwing social events.

I’ve been living at red rock for two years now and I love it here. The rent is very reasonable compared to other dorms that allow you to have your own room, and the rooms are a good size as well. There’s also a Pool, Hot Tub, and Gym that are all free to use for all residents throughout the course of the year! And unlike most places it’s very easy to contact to staff and get questions answered, they also put on events all the time for residents. I would recommend Red Rock to any future Dixie State student!

I love it and I feel like I am getting my money worth. The ever clean club house and the pool is the best place you spend your leisure time enjoying a variety of games no additional cost. The only portal makes work eiasr for resident, you don't have to walk to the office to make a request

It's a great place to live. High quality apartments with lots of amenities and the cheapest off-campus student housing. The options to pay by semester or yearly is also very helpful, especially if you pay with student loans. In my opinion, it's a great place for students to live if it's their first time on their own and they don't want to stay on campus.

Really nice place to live if you get good(clean) roommates! Rooms are the biggest private room you can get in St George for the price.

I love red rock!! It is mt first year living away from my own house, and it has been the best experience! They are always helpful, 24/7! The club house is great along with the pool always being clean. They are great at contacting you, and usually have an event happening every month. Highly recommend!! (also a great price for private bedrooms)

Great experience, tons of room in the apartments. Close enough to campus that its been really nice
