I live at 6006 Amberwood rd I have been waiting 2 weeks to get the carpet padding put down I have talked to the assistant manager several times and nothing was done when she said. I also have a elderly mother that they gave some man a key that I asked her if she could let me know before he came and with out a key he walked in on her and terrified her she is not in good health so I asked if they could let me know when they coming this is the second time and she is upset

This place is infested with rodents!! The entire year I lived here exterminator only came once! I had to purchase my own traps and I caught more than 5 mice while being an occupant!! Maintenance is also horrible took almost 3 months for our kitchen light to replaced. Please don’t waste your time. The apartment buildings are not cleaned too often. Homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms, dryers in laundry room hardly work, etc. I can go on and on about the issues I’ve experienced living here for only a year. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

They drag their feet to make repairs we had an inspection in June I told them about my repairs & they did nothing I had to call the inspector in October to make them do their job they open & close the office when they feel like it I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog
Lived here 5 years and paid rent on time even during pandemic for this new Management (3rd one) to come in and tell us we have to move and they don’t have to tell us why! Mice , refrigerator broke for 2 years , roaches because they’re not spraying anymore , pulled up hallway floor and brought some kind of bug biting us on our ankles! HORRIBLE PLACE AND NEW MANAGEMENT! DONT MOVE HERE ITS ALL A FAKE!
I wish I could give them no stars at all, Please dont waste your money. If you like Mice and Roaches broken A/C clogged pipes and drains bad parking lazy rental office team, never fix anything but still except rent this is the place for you.
The leasing office has been sold 3 times since I’ve lived here the management team never responds to emails or voicemails and they never answer the phone literally the worst place to ever spend money !
i’ve been living here since august and i’ve had nothing but problems since the day of move in i’ll just list them 1. i was called to turn around the day of my move in because my unit wasn’t ready although i signed my lease 3 months prior 2. since my unit wasn’t ready they were supposed to give me an “upgraded” unit at the same price.. this unit doesn’t even have a sink disposal. yet they increased my lease by $100 although it was their mistake 3. there was a rat in my utility closet in my “upgraded” unit 4. the apartment complex was sold to a new management company within 4 days of my move in… with no notice as a new resident. i was unable to have any items fixed for WEEKS because they didn’t even have phone lines set up 5. inaccessible and rude staff 6. when they claim they’ll be completing work they never come when promised and enter your unit without notice days later 7. neighbors will steal packages off your front door, and management won’t install cameras or additional safety measures claiming it’s not their business. a measly letter can make a resident feel heard. this what i get for wanting to be cheap.. next august if need be i’ll get 4 jobs to move out of this neighborhood and into a place that actually cares about their residents
