During the time I was here I didn't have any issues. The people were nice, maintenance was always on time, they made it real easy to pay rent and the office staff was professional. I don't know how it is with the new company Millennial but I think I might return good or bad.

Basic apartments. Dated dirty hallway carpeting. Elevators, washers, dryers and doorbells consistently break down with lengthy repair times. No apartment updates but the price for rent shoots up at least 30 bucks every lease renewal. Back hallways are filthy 5 of the 7 days of the week. Good luck with the leasing office picking up the phone. The corporate office is terrible on so many levels. My building was quiet. That’s the best compliment I have for this place.

It’s a good apartment if your looking for something quick to move into. Elevator is always broke and water gets shut off at least once a month . There’s minor details they don’t tell you when signing your lease that eventually turn into big problems. Highly don’t recommend

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Comfy and makes for a great home. Maintenance and leasing office workers are top tier. No complaints, We love it here!
Do not move here they will allow anyone to move in this place it is infested with roaches bed bugs. They do not care about any issues they dont even take care of the bugs. They keep going up on the rent and I been here for years and this place has went down. I am moving. I refuse to stay here do not move here at all. Find something else I have nothing but issues now it is time to go.

Just give our office a call so that we can straighten things out and clarify the situation. If there are other things you'd like to discuss or if you just need to reach out to us for something, please give our office a call so we can learn more about your situation and hopefully find a solution to alleviate it.
I have been a tenant here for years and boy I tell you it has really gotten to be a terrible place to call home over this past year. Well first the leasing office staff could care less about your living conditions because you complain about stuff over and over and nothing gets done. For example I am dealing with a roach infestation in my building. Several tenants have complained and all we get is “if you want to be put on a list to have YOUR apartment sprayed let them know.”!! That’s not solving the problem. They will run elsewhere like they are. The hallways stay nasty the housekeeping staff could care less because the office staff don’t. I see the housekeepers sitting in the lobby half the time talking to tenants or on their cell phone!!! This place has just really gone down. I can go on and on. Wash machines are always broke. You complain and the office staff tells you it’s a 3rd party that the machines belong to. Okay but it’s in the building that we pay rent in and it’s part of the amenities of living here!!! So you guys should make sure they work for the tenants!!! The rent goes up every year no upgrades very outdated apartments. BUT wait the front of the building gets new black patio doors and a big sign in the front that lights up so people can think this place is awesome!! Amazon is opening across the street. They put up a welcome sign got that! But won’t take care of the tenants that’s been here for years!! Get rid of these roaches instead of worrying about Amazon!!!!
Do not move here if you can help it! The rent is too high to live in a place where the ppl that run the place could care less about your living conditions. You will go months complaining about a problem in your apartment, and all you’ll get is excuses!! They will go through the motions like they’re helping you, but you’re on your own. Better off breaking your lease if you want something fixed.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Luckily I never got the chance to move in, HEADS UP the app fee is $50 & the holding fee is $100 if you get approved for this apartment you DO NOT get your $100 back for "liquidated damages". Ive popped up and asked the tenants before moving in how they liked it & a lady admitted to having bugs (Roaches & bed bugs)!!! Save your money do not apply to these apartments I know people who lived in these apartments & highly recommeneded I do not, they DO NOT salt or shovel the drive way, a tenant was told if they DO NOT shovel & someone falls they CAN NOT get in trouble...but if they do shovel & someone falls they CAN get in trouble!!! You can not control the heat, I was told they make you believe you can but you CAN NOT, I was so excited to move in until I heard the horror stories from tenants living in the apartments now & in the past!! DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently moved here to this city and moved into this apartment complex ,anxious to move quickly missed a lot of discrepancies in the unit starting with the wiring a few outlet did not work also the water pressure in the toilet and faucet runs very slow and the air conditioning unit do not get cold at all.Last but not least only one eye on the stove works the other 3 burns of smoke when you turn it on, my first mistake was not insisting i see a model before i signed the contract and not just settled for"They did not have one to show me" also during the walk through the day i move in ,the lady was very fast , it seemed ok just walking through, but she never test anything for me, I should of insisted she turn on and off the light and check all outlets, and turned on the stove to see if all eyes was working or maybe spoke to someone that was currently living there of thier experiences,but in a rush needed to move quickly and trusting the words of brochures and staff workers i made a bad decision moving here ,but i learned from that experience i encountered here, i will be more aware of things that i know seems a little shady , ask questions about something that does not seem sufficient for you or your family. Because now those little things are big things and having to adjust but shouldn't have to. I hope this apartment complex realize's that even though the renter is in much need of a place to stay urgently,does not mean they can take advantage of that and understand that its not just an apartment unit for renters and their families but it is also thier livelihood.
