Property Ratings at Ranchside
Black mold under the modular buildings soft floor i fell through and kitchen floor cheap and cracked. Community is quiet but they try to charge you after your lease. Make sure your lease ends Mon through Fri or they'll claim you stayed beyond your lease. Its the only apartment I've lived in with shady practices.
I lived at ranchside apartments for roughly 7 years during that time I did 95% of all repairs in the apartment myself because there was either no maintenance or no Property Management on staff at the end of my seventh year there black mold appeared throughout my bathroom however the property management solution was to spray bleach over it and say it was not black mold however former maintenance guys have all said every apartment is full of black mold last leaf the apartment asked me to foster two cats that were Strays in the complex because they were outside caps I had to train them to use a litter box rather than just peeing wherever but when I went to renew my lease they said no because they are renovating and they need me to vacate in order to do so well I paid my rent a week early for my last month's there and I even vacated the apartment for days prior to the day I was supposed to vacate I left on a weekend so there was no Property Management available to do a walk-through so I left the keys inside the apartment everything locked up everything was in working condition and in order however due to their Renovations one month later I get a call from a collection agency saying that I owe almost $1,000 in Damages and due to the fact that I didn't do a walk-through they believe the property management versus what I have to say however if we were that bad of tenants would they've renewed our lease for 7 years. This place I do not recommend it is run by some shady individuals and the apartment complex themselves have been on channel 10 news in regards to the black mold issue that they never repair they keep covering it up with bleach. Needless to say I will not pay for the renovations and the time I was not in the apartment because I did not do the damages they say nor will I pay to have them renovate for somebody else
Property manager was rude and was trying to force me into an apartment.
Looking for a new place to live for my family and I. Our apartment is not the best but we do with what we have. We want to move into a house by next year when our lease comes up. This rent for life would help us in so many ways to not struggle anymore. (:
