Property Ratings at Rancho Santa Fe Village
The staff is very good and speedy to respond when I've had a problem and needed their assistance. Having a market here at the complex is an added bonus.
This property is good because, when something needs repair, it's repaired within a short period of time. In comparison to other apartments, we have it made in the shade! There are always some kind of challenges in an apartment complex. But in comparison to other apartments, this building manager is kind, but businesslike when called for, and does the best she can with the authorization she has. I do wish that the community room would be unlocked as it was before the Covid-19 virus. Other apartment residences have opened their community room. At present ours is only open for activities. Before the Covid virus we had access during the daytime, M-F. Other apartment buildings have rude managers. Holly is what I would call "normal." We are privileged to have her as our manager.
