The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at RAMONA
this apt building is the worst to live in . When I first read the penny saver it sounded like the prefect place for. I only wanted to move in a studio. Rent was in my price range 800.00. I'm retired getting SSA. Once I saw the place I LOVED it. Once I moved in I had problems lets start with the bathroom sink "STOPPED UP. 2. Black small bugs in my bathroom sink. I started to save the bugs. I'm told by management that they were Termites. 3. Then my bath tub stopped up. 4. I have Roaches that will not go a way. I'm going to die of roach spray 5. My place started to smell like mildew. Come to find out that my place is next to the Boiler and it was releasing steam under my carpet. This building is owned by a slum lord.
this place was a nightmare. gang activity all around, loud music all times of the night, you cant even open your window without weed smoke coming into your house, i had a bad mold problem because they just paint over the mold and dont really fix it. i had mice infestation and had called the health department on them twice.. they never completely fixed anything. then i had to move out because i could not stand the mice anymory. they tried to say i owed them money but the judge said otherwise. i have to sue them for my deposit because they dont have integrity enough to own up to their wrong doings and give it back. they made it impossible to live there.
There are some quiet tenants and so really loud ones that fight all the time. The police are very familiar with this complex and our landlord has been beat up inside of here twice (they came back to get him again the next day). Scary. The best thing about this place is the pool but no one ever sees them actually clean it. They don't have a business center here as that is a lie. Numerous tenants complain about roaches in their home but the landlords only attempt to help out after several attempts is to buy the cheap bombs that don't work from a drug store. It's not your problem until you too get bugs in your bathroom because your bathroom wall is connected to the neighbors kitchen and I guess all the roaches couldn't fit in there alone, so you two have roaches now. You can use raid, get traps, spray and the roaches don't go away... Because they have been here longer than you have lived. Leaking faucets that end up messing up the room. I think the landlords here used to care but since the management company doesn't want to help, you are pretty much out of luck because they seem exhausted.
