Everything about this complex is amazing from the common areas to the units themselves. One of the best thing is how helpful the staff is from my first meeting with the leasing agent Connie to the maintenance team completing the work orders in a timely fashion. Such an amazing place to live.

Hi I been living here for many years with no problem. Quite and kept up place to live; yearly inspections. Friendly outgoing management team and neighbors. If I need anything done or repair it’s taken care of right away. If you are a family looking for a place to stay that is surrounded by shopping center, grocery stores etc. Come check us out you want be disappointed.

I would not recommend living here there has been a wasp problem for months and there were two dead rats in the oven and the oven dose not even work and there were roaches coming out of the sink.

They will inspect your apartment multiple times a year and will kick you out over the smallest thing (living room has too many kids toys, boxes, small amount of grease in your oven, etc.). Unless you are a neat freak, this isn't the place for you.
My husband and I took a tour of the apartment our guide was very nice and attentive. She wanted us to know everything about the apartment and it’s ammentities. By the looks of it it seems like a very nice complex to live in. Thanks Connie!!
Our apartment is very cozy, just enough room for our furniture. Not a standard layout. They are currently doing a lot of modifications to our complex by adding new double pained windows to all apartments, repainting the exterior with more up to date classy colors, resurfacing the balconies, adding a Fitness Center, a new playground, and an entrance Water Fountain.
It's a gated complex, it just need some updating like a call box for our guests to get in after hours.
Small pets allowed only which is good. Most pick up their pets mess. Management said they're building a pet park area for the dogs to run around and get exercise. Really looking forward to that so our dog can play.
Apartments could be in better shape, staff could be more friendly
Laundry rooms are conveniently open 24 hours which is great for my schedule. Pet friendly SMALL pets thankfully, most people pick up after themselves. Renovations started, looks good so far.
I love that the laundry rooms are open 24 hours. It's convenient due to our busy schedule.
